Honestly we like this one cause the foods always good. Although some times the menu advertised in the details isn't as true and I have to asked them to make it like it says. Service isn't always the best but when I get that ONE server that is attentive and actually has a smile on their face, I definitely tip well and its nice to come back and see them working. I enjoy IHop alot, this one just needs a little work on service.

We took advantage of the specials $7 meal deals. Unfortunately with the increase of the food prices it is outrageous. One thing I want to point out is the expiration of the chocolate milk. The server was nice. They were busy

Bad experience in this location We coming around 11:00 Am and 60% of the restaurants was empty the front lady (Mexican for sure) said to Us have seat on the waiting couch but that time take 20 minutes and not body show up Horrible customer service NOT RECOMMENDED

After being seated, our order was taken, we waited almost 45min to get our food and saw that other guests who arrived after us got served. I think they forgot to make our food. I had to speak to our server and then about 15 later we got our food.
Service is not up to par, barely spoke English, served wrong food had to reorder. Need English I sh speaking servers. Food was decent.

I came with my family today around 12pm. Waited 15min before anyone greeted us and another 10min to sit down even though there was open tables that were clean. Asked 3x for a kids menu, finally got up and got it myself. Asked for utensils twice as well, the waitress never brought it. Also had to get up and get it myself. When we were finally done, waited for 20min for the check after asking. This is the second time service has been this slow at this location, and they weren't even busy. I will never come back to this location again.

The service sucked, always short staffed and the waiter was telling people to just sit at any clean table and none were clean and then he realized and still didn’t clean up and the other people left. There was people waiting to be seated for a long time and it was empty.
