I went to ihop for the 1st time and I was very disappointed the food tasted ok average. The think the really disappointed me was that I ordered eggs, sausage, bacon but the has browns were very small seemed more like a kids meal not at all for an adult. The ham that I was given was more like sandwich ham less then an 1/8 of an inch. And I wasn't even given the whole slice of ham I was given less then half of a slice of ham. I love going to placed where I get my money's worth and this is not the place for me. I was done eating in 5 mins. People that know me know me as that person that leaves a review at every place I go get. To let others know my experiences. Will I go back no I won't be going back it was 1st time and my last time. Had lunch here last week and will not be going back. Service was extremely slow and had to keep searching for the waiter to just pay the bill. Mind you a turkey sandwich does not take 35 mins to be made when there were not many customers in the establishment.

I have never cared for this location in particular compared to others, but today was the final straw. My friend and I walked in & no one was waiting. We stood there for a while & workers just glanced at us and continued doing what they were doing. One lady hesitantly walked up to the host area and did not even look at us. Avoiding eye contact, and finally asked “how many” we left immediately and went to the IHOP on Foothill & Sierra. Where they have excellent customer service, I will avoid this location at all costs.

The food quality was horrible. Pumpkin pancakes were thin, burnt, and crunchy. Bacon was raw and the food sat under the lights 15 minutes before it was brought to me. The manager had to help in the kitchen because the food sitting under the lights was not correctly prepared so the waiter and waitresses were not picking it up. This was the worst IHOP I ever encountered. It needs to be audited by the Corporate office!

Honestly we like this one cause the foods always good. Although some times the menu advertised in the details isn't as true and I have to asked them to make it like it says. Service isn't always the best but when I get that ONE server that is attentive and actually has a smile on their face, I definitely tip well and its nice to come back and see them working. I enjoy IHop alot, this one just needs a little work on service.
Horrible server, was very rude and making me feel rushed, he had a really bad attitude, will not be going there again.

We took advantage of the specials $7 meal deals. Unfortunately with the increase of the food prices it is outrageous. One thing I want to point out is the expiration of the chocolate milk. The server was nice. They were busy
