Was hard 17.91 for a sourdough jack combo an additional regular fries and two tacos went back to reclaim that but still didn’t give it to me and said I had to pay for it

4:12AM, turned away from this location yet again, simply told “we’re closed right now.”
Honestly, the employees at this location are great, usually very friendly and polite, and the quality of the food is good, which is why I keep coming back despite getting turned away. It’s frustrating, but I guess I have no choice but to take my money somewhere else.

I rated this place once a month or so ago but I'm taking the time to rate again - I want to make it at least 3/5 stars, but i dont feel this place [on this visit 5-27-25 at 13:00 hours] earned it, sadly.. The crew working hardly acknowledged me or other customers present, didn't greet anyone, didn't smile and actually at one point they seemed confused on the orders... there were 2 people in the drive through & 5-6 people inside... The bathroom was not cleaned, yikes...
But Good Things - the food was good. It was made quickly: 2-3 minutes and it was accurate.
But i cant say i want to return or recommend this place. I hope management makes adjustments in the future.
They dont no how to deal with customers especially the night guy i am paying them for extra sauces they don’t even give that so dont go to that place especially in night time
