Manager very rude. Just asked for my drink and said I could have it with my meal and she'll do it herself. Rolled her eyes at me. What a way to start my Thanksgiving. Asked multiple times and refused me my cup. What's the point of having a dine in soda fountain if I can't fill my own cup. Also store was not stocked at all. No napkins, fountain area a mess. I kinda wish I could get a refund just for the poor experience. She should definitely not be allowed to be in charge. Cause she's not even communicating with team effectively for orders and customer service.

The food was spot on but this place still gets 3 stars because they hired a new white girl and her whole attitude was gross and made me not even want to be here. We waited at the drive thru to be greeted by a real person the first response to our hello is anybody there was “I’m waiting on you” and all of her words were curt and snappy like she didn’t get enough sleep and was taking it out on the customers.

Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Replacement Order

Dear Jack in the Box Customer Service,

I’m writing to formally report a disappointing and frustrating experience I had at your 2910 Sierra Ave Fontana ca 92336 location on the morning of 10/8/25.

This visit was meant to be a simple pickup for a replacement order that had already been approved and documented by a manager due to a previous incorrect order. When I arrived at the drive-thru and placed the replacement order, I clearly stated that I was there for a replacement.

However, upon arriving at the window, I was met by an employee named Brittany, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me respectfully, she was argumentative and dismissive, insisting I needed a receipt even though I had spoken to a manager the day before who said everything was taken care of.

Despite my explanation, Brittany gave me a hard time and refused to honor the full replacement. To make matters worse, the replacement meal I was eventually given was also incorrect — again. Given Brittany’s attitude, I can’t help but feel this was intentional.

This entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I expect better service, especially when the mistake originated from your end in the first place.

I would appreciate if this issue could be addressed appropriately, both in terms of correcting the order and ensuring your staff — particularly Brittany — receives proper customer service training. I am happy to provide further details if needed.
