First visit, store wasn't opened when it should have been. When I returned today I was explained the issues occurred of first visit and was apologized to. Ordered the Evergreen smoothie and was able to customize it. It was delicious (even without the standard sherberts in it). Recommended option!

I visited Juice It Up earlier today and was quite surprised to see that only one employee was handling all the stations during a significant rush period. This situation not only led to long wait times but also seemed overwhelming for the lone worker. I felt genuinely bad for the employee, who was clearly under a lot of pressure trying to manage everything alone. This stuck with me for the rest of the day and lead me to leaving my first ever review. For a better customer experience...
