The “manager” Christina sucks her customer service is so sad. She should be demoted at the very least. I tried ordering a chicken tender meal ON THE MENU and she told me I could not order it because it was an old promotion, even tho the sign had no date on it, she also said I had to have a coupon after saying it was no longer available, which the add on their menu did not say I needed a coupon so she refused to let me order something on their menu then gave me attitude when...read full review
So after coming here for years a few times a month, i’m now informed that unless you’re buying wings or boneless wings, dipping sauces must now be purchased. I’m only buying $30 worth of food, and ketchup is the only complimentary condiment?
I guess people who eat whole boned chicken don’t use sauce??
Oh, and you don’t accept American Express anymore.
Well, maybe i’ll just go to the new Korean BBQ chicken place instead from now on.
