Today, I visited Popeyes and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cashier's unfriendliness made the entire interaction awkward and uncomfortable. Despite politely asking for assistance with the drink machine being out of ice, the cashier responded with silence, adding to the discomfort.Moreover, when my order was ready, there was no acknowledgment or communication from the cashier. My order was also incorrect, as I received regular chicken instead of the spicy chicken I requested. Additionally, there were no napkins available, further adding to the inconvenience.Overall, the lack of customer service and attention to detail made my visit to Popeyes unpleasant. It's disappointing when simple courtesies and basic order accuracy are overlooked. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

I found this location to be lacking in cleanliness and pleasant staff. There was food on the floor, counter person acted like it was an effort to take our order, and our food was OK but cold. The bathroom was also not very clean. We would have used the drive thru but it was cash only because the machine there was down.

I was in drive thru line at about 1:30PM on 4/12/24. Just one person in front of me. It took well over 20 minutes to even get to the window to pay. It still took too long. Nobody even bothered to explain why. I gave up and left after a few minutes waiting for the window to even be opened.

If you are a foreigner go your way... They are THIEVES, they match you on the prices when we ask for the ticket to justify the price we are given a ticket with the wrong products. In short, my advice is not to go there. We priced two menus at 7 dollars 99 or 17.50 with tax and we paid 25.99 dollars. The quality is not very good and the service is long. Definitely go eat elsewhere. Very bad experience.

I came in to order a shrimp tackle box I got Mac and cheese as my side they didn't give me a spoon or fork they also gave me the smallest shrimps and forgot my biscuit when I went back the lady didn't even bag my food she just hand handed it to me honestly it was a disappointment no apologies nothing I drive a big rig so it also took a lot of time for me to go back find parking I honestly recommend Ralph's for the chicken the Mac n cheese old and soggy ??? I feel like I over paid especially for what I got I didn't even receive napkins also restrooms need attention place looks ghetto I'm a nice shopping center

If you have an extra 45 minutes to go through the drive through, this is your place. 5 cars ahead of us, and it literally took 40 minutes before we got our food. And once in the stack, we couldn’t get out. This franchisee should be replaced. Did not get the requested honey, or utensils for sides. As an aside, the food was fine.

Avoid this location. Without telling you, they substitute white meat with dark meat. Even when I tell them don’t do it, they still do it. This has been happening for the past couple years now. Management and employee training is much needed at this location for better overall customer satisfaction.

I gave a 2 for service because I wanted to do contactless payment, but the lady grabbed my phone, and scanned the phone screen down like she never used contactless transactions before. Otherwise the food is decent and is why I come back.

Waited 30 min for a chicken sandwich on March 15th 2024 8pm night shift . They should have definitely had patties ready around dinner time . Then there mad when your trying to be understanding after waiting 30 min at a fast food.UPDATE only got half my order my fault should have checked . Trust no one .

HORRIBLE! After having to work on a Saturday night I was starving for Popeyes. I ordered a 2 piece spicy dark. The chicken was old and hard!! I paid cash and had to wait for change. The atmosphere was just as bad. I will NEVER return!!!
