The food was good overall. The person making my food was talking and talking to the coworker. took 30 minutes on my order. The cashier was super nice and outgoing. Was my 4th time having her as my cashier. She offered me the rewards program the first time I got her to take my order. She always reminds me for my points and offers if I want to use my points or save them. She offered me their new shirts!! Very cool shirts, was a picture of the 3rd street king taco on the back!! She’s very quick. She looked overwhelmed but despite of everything she didn’t let that get in the way and treated me so well as always. Shoutout to Alexa.B for the help and for being outgoing and kind to me always!! She has a nice attitude & she always has the most patience with customers. Everyone we go we always hope she’s there because her patience is just beyond amazing especially with the long lines on weekends. She definitely deserves a lot of grace dealing with a lot of customers everyday. Food wise: Sopes were so good love the green salsa. The agua de Melon always hits. They need to bring the aguas de Tamarindo back ASAP!! The burritos are so good especially with Mexican cheese and both salsas!! Defense recommended an all meat asada with just nacho cheese and Mexican cheese. Taste so bomb. 10/10 All the workers are hardworking always trying to get the people their food. Overall i recommend coming during the weekdays.

I went the other day like around 11 and I witnessed a coworker there being extremely rude to an elderly woman, calling her old and treating her so rudely. I saw her tag and it said Noemi. I honestly think that they shouldn’t treat people especially if they’re older. King Taco needs to do better!!! Hire better employees. that behavior is very unacceptable just didn’t like the witness of that coworker being rude to an elderly woman.

Coming back for the second time I came with my niece There was a bit of a wait but not too long. We Oder at 2:30 and our food was ready to eat by 257 the staff was overwhelmed by how busy it was we had to clean our own table in order to sit down and eat it is the managers job to be properly be staffed in long weekends or holidays in order to ensure cleanliness and and to avoid overworking employees and to provide food faster, to the customer as they only are tacos, quesadilla and burritos

I'm a huge fan of King Taco, but my recent visit to the Sierra location in Fontana was a disaster. On Saturday, I tried to order my usual food, but Elida seemed completely uninterested in helping me. She ignored me, chatted with coworkers, and didn't even acknowledge my presence. When I finally got her attention, she gave me attitude and still didn't get my order right. As a regular customer, I expect better service. Elida's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope management takes action to address this issue and provides better training for staff.

Came in for lunch Line was long waited like 15 minutes to order got a carne asada burrito 🌯. Kinda small and not much meat Mostly just rice. And the meat didn’t have much flavor. So you need the salsas. ( green sauce pretty good red sauce, no taste just hot )
