I came to their drive thru got a oat milk Capp on tapp and it didn’t taste like it normally does so I got down and went to order a new drink instead Jeremy who I believe is the manager helped me get the coffee that I actually wanted and was sweet enough to make me trials of which coffee I liked better ! 5 stars because the coffee is very good and the staff is courteous!
It’s very very cold in this place though and it sounds like the staff is unable to change this, so I’m hoping corporate sees my comment and addresses the issue. There’s no reason a coffee shop should feel like a freezer :)
Also the music is a bit too loud, which is distracting if you’re trying to work and interferes with listening to your own music on headphones.

Definitely a different stance on this place after talking to one of the associates. He did explain the rushes and other inconsistencies and why they happened. Dude actually communitcated and he has always given outstanding service. He definitely does care about the customers.
