Terrible service, waiters not friendly
My mother forgot her glasses on the table and called to let them know that she was going to pick them up. Someone told her to go and they were going to put them away and a few days later when my mom returned to get her glasses, the man who was at the bar told her that they had been thrown away on the night. Sunday in the trash and my mother told her that they knew she was going to return and told her “well we threw them away and on Sunday” they didn't want to provide a manager's number or anything.

Someone needs to talk to the waiters or hire nicer people.
Almost all the reviews about this place are about bad Service, and then they get upset because they don't tip.

A soccer game was being shown on TV. A small number of customers were present in the restaurant. In the restaurant, the decimal level was exceeded by the loudness of the TV. We asked multiple times for a slight reduction in volume, but they declined our request. It was so loud that we couldn't hear each other.

Very disappointed with today's visit. My friend and me have been coming to this place for years but today our server was Onaiviv. F I'm not sure if she was new because we have never seen her before. My friend order the cevich and i had the divorce chilaquiles. My chilaquiles took forever to come out. She hardly checked the table to see if we needed anything, 2 round of drinks took a while to get, we would have to get up and ask her for things. She would drop of the things we asked for and she would walk away we would sau thank you and she wouldnt even say at least a you're welcome. i asked her for 3 waters to go and she brought them without ice, it's over 100 degrees outside. When our male friend arrive she was very attentive and he asked her for a water cup and it had ice. Im not sure if she didn't wanted to attend us because we are women but we felt discriminated. I have never written a review because we are also a server but this experience was horrible. #smiles are free!!

When we saw this place in Instagram we get excited, we drive 45 min just to try it… very disappointed food no good service worst, our service look like she doesn’t wanna talk wall or work lol you can bearly hear her voice and if we have questions about the menu her answers was YES NO OK. The other server that only speak Spanish I believe saw our face and came to our table and help us more. The only good thing is the cocktails they are very good tips are included in the bill doesn’t matter is you are 8 o 4 o 2

If you are Caucasian you get ignored. If you are Hispanic then you get chips and salsa and menus. This place is extremely prejudice when it comes to any other race but there own.
