Horrible drive thru - was told to park after going thru drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers - asked where to park and employee says anywhere - over 7+ cars waiting in gas station for their food with no available parking - drink had no ice and was hot - still waiting to receive my 2 cheeseburgers - not worth the time or money go over to jack in the box

Ordered a large hot caramel latte and it wasn't even full. Told the manager and she said that it's the machine that makes the drink not them. That it's normal to be like that. Never had these issue in other McDonald's.

Do not place any orders on the Mc donalds app. I placed & paid for my order several minutes before 10:30am, and by the time I got there around 10:32am they had already switched the menu, which is understandable, but they went ahead and canceled my order instead of having it ready...when I asked at the restaurant, they didn't really care, all they said "oh yes we switched the menu but you will be getting a refund". Bad customer service experience....
