Watching Mexico game and been waiting for our food since the first 15 minutes. Game is almost over. Sitting outside and apparently there are no table numbers for outside seating so the food delivery people have to yell over the noise of a semi full patio shouting names. Too bad they ran out of table numbers. Seems like an easy fix. Several tables got up due to slow service. The servers are trying hard. Sucks to see when systems fail the people they intend to support. Love the patio other than IM SO HUNGRY!

Welp. I hate doing bad reviews (Look at my review history for reference). Came out on Fathers Day yesterday for a pepperoni pizza and some buffalo wings. Ordered online a full hour ahead of when they actually handed me food (online quoted like 20 minutes). Restaurant was dead, barely anyone was even in there so it isn't like they were busy.

Took the food home after the wait, pizza and wings were both cold, and yes I live very close by so it took maybe 10 minutes to get home. On top of the food being cold, it was just all around not good. $70 for a large pepperoni pizza and a handful of wings, and I am 95% sure it gave my wife and I low-grade food poisoning. I will not be back.

Only 1 waitress working entire floor, when we made a comment she lost her mind, said there was no dish washer, no other staff etc. Bad management in my opinion. She needs to find another job.

Went here in the afternoon and it was pretty empty, which honestly was nice. There was plenty of parking too (maybe for the time), so super easy to get in and out. It’s more of a sports bar vibe and they do have a good amount of alcohol drink options, even though I don’t drink myself.
We started with the lettuce wraps as an appetizer and honestly they were kind of a nah for me. Nothing special and probably wouldn’t order them again.
I ordered the pesto shrimp pasta and it was good overall. The pesto flavor was definitely strong and there was a lot of sauce, but I personally didn’t mind it. My husband got the steak and shrimp plate — he said the steak was a little overcooked, but other than that everything was fine. Nothing really stood out too much, but it was a decent experience overall.

I've been there a few times for Arsenal watch parties and the food and atmosphere are outstanding. Great place to watch a game.

Went here around 12 on a Friday, it wasn't very busy at all, maybe 4 people at the bar and a couple other guests at the tables. We were quick to be seated, the lady that seated us brought are drinks really fast which was nice. She then passed our table off to another server, young girl with dark hair. My wife was in the bathroom so she said let me know when you're ready. I first thought ok but I guess she was really serious. We waited for 10 minutes for her to come back so we could place our order, but im not going to go track down any server to let her know that we're ready to order. We just walked out. Terrible customer service at this location. It would be more understandable if it was busy but I could hear a group of employees chatting it up like crazy at the bar. I guess that was more important than making money. They have an Oggis in Rancho, maybe the service is better at that location. Whoever manages this location should be more thoughtful of the businesses surroundings so customers are taken care of in a timely manner.

Stood at the front waiting to be sat by an employee for over 10 minutes. No bartender. No host. When I finally got a table they didn’t offer me any water. How is this good customer service? They’re be out of business soon
