The staff was very welcoming and brought food with energy from the start. The service was over expectations. From afar, I believe there was a time lapse from when I received my ultimate cheeseburger, till when I finished it. I truly believe I never received it!! If you're looking for a genuine experience. This is the second time that I have eaten at an Oggi’s and the food was disappointing again. The Brussels sprouts were okay but needed more flavor. The patty melt that had potential was undercooked, we asked for medium but it was rare while the bread was barely grilled. The French fries were also undercooked. Our server was nice but clueless about our drinks, didn’t serve us the correct wines and forgot parts of our order. I have to say that we are not inspired to return to...

The service was lousy. We got there about nine. We ended up waiting 56 minutes by the time we ended up leaving and canceled our order. We were disappointed we didn’t wanna wait no more so we left do better. We were really looking forward to trying this place
