Just tried the bread sticks with cheese. I couldnt find anyone posting a picture of it so i decided to try it. I must say they are beyond trash. Complete waste of money. For starters it lacked actual cheese. It literally tasted like flavorless dough. This locations quality has gone downhill. I also purchased the Italian garlic surpreme with original crust. It also tasted like dough. Super thick also lacking flavor. Wouldnt recommend this location.

The pizza does not taste right, and they do not have a simple thing like a pie server to eat in the restaurant comfortably. If instead they hand you a plastic fork and say you can dig it out with this.

We ordered a King Arthur Supreme and received the worst ever pizza. We have been shopping at Round Table for more than 20 years. Our pizza had few of the ingredients shown on the menu.Mostly burnt mushrooms and olives. Little meat and lacking bell pepper and other items listed in the menu. The crust was tough. Never again.

On hold for over 10 min just to order carry out. Then the woman on the phone proceeded to hang up my call. And company’s wonder why they go out of business.

Round table pizza is by far our favorite pizza. We live in the high desert but was here for an appointment. We Ordered through GrubHub at 12:38 PM and arrived at the restaurant at almost 142 PM. The rude young woman behind the counter said she did not have any to go orders and told me that I was at the wrong restaurant. I checked my phone and it was the right pizza place According to the email confirmation. I walked back in and told the rude young lady and she told me that she just got her “Machine up and running” and there was nothing she could do about it and if I wanted to wait I could, but it will be a while! I asked her about receiving a refund and she said that that’s not her problem that I need to contact GrubHub and then told me to have a nice day! They are rated a “B” which means they need some fixing up in the restaurant and it probably has to do with this employee because she needs her attitude fixed and she needs to learn customer service. it’s my fault for not getting her name but I sure as heck won’t forget her snotty little face!

The pizza is good but I cannot figure out why, when you select contactless delivery when ordering online, when they deliver the pizza, they insist that you sign the receipt. They do not seem to understand contactless.

One of the worst customer service I have every experienced. Ordered online to have pizza ready at 4:35 pm. Went inside at 4:28 and they told me they were barely making pizza and will be done in about 30 min . What’s the point of ordering ahead to not have pizza ready at the correct time. I also had a coupon for free sticks. And Michelle (The manager) told me that they don’t have the scanner so they can’t honor my coupon. Like it was my fault that they didn’t have the scanner . Not even offering to comp one of our breads or honor us a bread since it was their mistake that they didn’t have the scanner. And wasn’t like we wanted something free.. we spent $110 dollars and they didn’t want to do free sticks from the coupon ... the manager was no help and didn’t even want to try to talk to us to change our experience.

Do not do business with this place very unprofessional. The so cal manager is so rude. They delivered my pizza to some one else and she yelled at me saying its my fault. The manager called back laughing that some one else took the pizza. He laughed and made a joke out of this. Then asked if i wanted the pizza after some one else touched it. How disgusting. Very low service. Do not recommand.
