Pupuseria Salvi's Fontana is a place with a playground and many memories. The pupusas have very good flavor and are very filling, with great curtido and salsas. The caldo de Res is very delicious, and the Asada Burrito is the best out there in Fontana. The Salvadorian Horchata tastes authentic. The food includes pupusas revueltas, chicken and cheese, carne asada and cheese, pastelitos de platano, and yuca frita. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very decent and clean. The nice family owners are from Chalatenango. The atmosphere is nice with nice plants. It is always packed, but the food makes the difference. Highly recommended.
