So I placed an online order for my coworkers and I. Went to pick it up on my lunch came came to my job. After I took a few bites of my food I noticed something was wrong on my next bite. It wasn't part of the food. As I took it out (yes I'm sorry) I noticed it was a nail clipped. This immediately shocked me and froze me. I had to tell my coworkers to stop eating it since this was disgusting! I am for sure never coming back ! I know you can barely see the nail but yes that's not right !

Horrible customer service. Probably the worst I've encountered honestly. Here is a tip. Acknowledge customers such as I'll be with you in a moment. Fawking ridiculous.

It's been a very long time since I have visited a Subway restaurant. As always, I was weighing my options at home. I really thought I had made up my mind when I got ready to go eat. As I was leaving, I remembered a friend mentioning Subway, and I actually went ahead and changed my mind and drove there.A young man named Sebastian help me from the start. They offer quite a few options. I asked him for some suggestions and was very helpful through the whole process. I say that because I was ordering three "footlongs." He was very patient. I was glad I was there when it wasn't busy. As it turned out, I ended up with 3 subs that turned out great. I guess I will now keep them in mind as another option to choose from. Always nice to have a variety of choices.

I've only come here a couple of times, and though the times before this one were nothing special, this time in particular was extremely annoying. I had plans to be somewhere in Fontana after work, and so I ordered ahead on the DoorDash app. After successfully ordering online and paying, I went in around 2:40 p.m. and went directly to the online order pick-up section. Unfortunately, when I got there, however, my order was not on the rack and there was a huge line formed so I wouldn't have had the time to stand in line. A manager came over and asked if I was looking for something. After informing her of my issue, she made me the sandwich as it was ordered online. Overall, it was a nuisance because I ordered ahead for a reason and I ended up being late to my appointment.

This is the worse McDonald I've ever gone to.. For being the only one in this community, the wait time is ridiculous!! The drive thru is a 30 min wait.. the inside is also another 30 min wait.

Employees don’t know what they doing i waited 20 min to buy 3 sandwiches and i was the only costumer on the restaurant with my family, the guy in charge never even started the sandwiches he was trying to cut the breed ,for 5 min he was saying that he was alone he took his time ,bad service or rookies not trained to make a simple sandwich ? Only making the restaurant look bad they should not let a new employee working by self . The poor guy was shaking he had burned sandwiches on the preparations table .we left he could’t make our sandwiches in the whole 20 min

Bad service. One server had a bad attitude, or she was just lazy and didn't want to work. She kept rolling her eyes and taking forever just to add the toppings. Like molasses moves faster than her. I'm sorry, did you not get your lunch break today? Do you need to take a 10 minute break to go fix your attitude? Like really. Aside from the not-so-happy employee, the food was okay. She did not give me dressing. I ordered a salad. A salad people. lol Usually dressing goes with that. But again, maybe she was having a bad day and just... forgot the dressing? In any case, we ordered some sandwiches and my salad, chips, sodas and cookies. We spent $40 on lunch and it tasted fine. Just wish the scowl face wasn't there. The other server seemed more friendly and personable. Id go to her next time.
