I ordered an tuna sandwich, and the girl seems like a trainee, I ask for a half size bread, she cuts horizontally, not cut in the middle vertically. Then she directly put tuna on the bread, then ask what kind cheese I want. Then I let her know, I want the cheese toasted with bread. She doesn't know what to do. It's totally ok at this point, we all have been through learning things. But then, a guy comes out from kitchen, and says " you should say first that u need the bread to be toasted....and stats teach me when you order, you should say it first... " It's my fault because I didn't say? How do I know? Every time when I order, I don't exactly know what are their steps to make a sandwich (today I learned). I always been asked if I want to toast the bread. Or they could tell me that, tuna sandwich cannot be toasted. Anyway, for me, it's the worst subway experiences ever! The way he talk is very impolite，I came to buy food, and pay for the food, and be taught..

It's Subway, you know what to expect. They were out of straws when I went, so expect shortages on things. It's in a truck stop, they're used to truckers so don't feel weird about asking for your Footlong to be wrapped individually or whatever other personal touch you'd like to add.

Fire all the ladies and keep bringing more people like that tall light skinned guy there. Very respectful and does his job right. He even heated up my chicken. Not the like the other ladies. Sheeesh

Two African Americans without a mask were getting their sandwiches made, yet I'm told I have to wear one or can't get service... won't spend a penny here again.

One of the the guys there, couldn't get his name, has a bad attitude. I came here today around 8:55pm and he tells me his cleaning and doesn't tell me when he'll be ready to take my order. I told him I can wait I don't mind, he said it was gonna be a while. And once I walked away to the gas station part, he takes someone eles order not even 3 minutes later. Two days ago I also got a order here from the same guy. He seems to be by himself and I understand it's short staff but it doesn't mean be rude to customers. I'm a quite guy so I don't really talk back or ask for names this is the only way to kinda get my message out.

just got a Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich with old hard chicken, this is the best picture i could get. usually don't have problems but today was very disappointing.
