I ordered two Chicken sandwich one of the it was frozen from inside I want to cashier to and he Refuse to fix my sandwich i ask for tThe manager and I waited patiently for a full fifteen minutes, but he never made an appearance. Frustrated by the delay, I reluctantly discarded my sandwich into the garbage, feeling as though my time had been wasted. It is the worst customer service

CREDIT CARD THEFT!!
I never leave reviews on anything but last week on a Tuesday I went to the drive through and ordered a chocolate frosty. A man helped me at the window and took my card as usual then closed the window then handed me the frosty after a couple minuets then closed the window again then after a few more minuets finaly handed me my card. I thought it was strange how long he took to give the card back because I usually get it back right away before getting my food. Two days later I had two $400 charges to my credit card and a $90 from auto zone that I did not make. The last transaction I had made was at that wendy’s drive thru. Keep in mind I always use apple pay but this day decided to use my physical card. What a coincidence that the one time I use my card my information gets stolen.Though there is no way to 100% confirm I suspect this employee stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree this is extremely unacceptable and management needs to keep a closer eye on what their employees are doing. The employees name was Bartolomé.

I live in this area for three years. I try my best not to write reviews, but this place is unacceptable. This is literally my fifth time having trouble with them so it’s time for review they close the drive Thur said it wasn’t enough staff.. and to come inside to order
And this is not the first time they have done this I can see one time, but this is several times this has happened, but they closed the drive-through which is unacceptable being a widow with small children. I can’t just pop inside of a store. That’s why I went through a drive-through.
Prior to this, they messed up my order .
They really just need new management or something because it’s just unacceptable and it’s literally a truckstop so you would think they would be top-tier get it together seriously …

Food was cool as hell and the manager maura believe to be her name was rude didn’t care that my food was cold had a straight attitude and I would like to mention that the cash I believe was a man named Peter was awesome fast friendly and great positive attitude

I just don't understand why wendys is placing the ketchup right on top the trash can? all that bad smell and virus that the trash can have will go to the ketchup..Just because you're employees don't want to clean is that the reason of why you're doing this?????

I ordered a chicken sandwich (Classic at that) It was the nastiest, flattest chicken sandwich I've ever had. Taste like a 10 year old chicken in 20 year old grease. I'll never eat another chicken sandwich as long as I live. Quality has hit rock bottom.

Ordered 30 (nuggets) regular, Dave’s double no onions meal. Large blueberry lemonade. Asked for everything to be fresh the fat bad built sour smelling big across the back employee not only go and make my food but got an attitude when I specifically said I want everything made fresh because he’s making my food how he wants. I don’t know what happen to customer service or the quality of the food it has went down bad in Cali there a big difference from a patty that’s been sitting for over 30 minutes, over a fresh patty. Would you give that to your abuela ? So sad

That was a WASTE of $8. The fries were old. Almost rubbery. The hamburger patty in my single was cold and dehydrated. The WORST single I’ve ever had. It was probably in the warming tray for over 4 hrs. Completely ridiculous excuse of a restaurant!!!
