If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered through the app and when I got to the restaurant they told me my order wasn't available when I already paid for my meal. I had to pick a different meal but get this they had to choice for me not even give me the option anyway. I wanted to cancel my order to get my money back and the worker Melanie wouldn't let me cancel it because it was going to be a problem on her end. What is the point of the app if you're not allowed to even order what you really want to eat. Very poor customer service, never coming to this Wendy's again. And they still want to get paid $20 an hour please... 😒

Not the best visit. Ordered a Baconator — it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting out. Fries were clearly frozen and undercooked, not crispy at all. Also, no ice in the soda machine, which made everything taste flat and warm. Disappointing overall.
I really like Wendy's, but this place is a total rip-off.
I've placed two mobile orders here, and each time, the sandwiches were missing ingredients. It's happened twice! And the manager even said they don't have all the ingredients.
Then my friend tried to order another sandwich from his phone, and it was the same deal.
So, beware! Your orders will always come with less ingredients than you've ordered.
It's strange, I've checked the reviews and I'm not the first person with this issue.

PoS for dine-in was down, was told they can only take drive-thru orders. Guess truckers are just SoL.
When i worked fast food, if the PoS was down for lobby, we ran back and forth to take orders from lobby and put them in drive-thru PoS, and vice versa.
Lazy and unimaginative.

Went in at 10 am, Placed an online order, I enter they say they’re working on it. 15 minutes later they tell me they’re still working on it but they didn’t even start on the order as they barely placed it in the screen. The whole staff is there just talking and getting several orders wrong, none began to work seriously until a manager or supervisor came in. After waiting almost 30 minutes for a sandwich, they gave me a burnt English muffin with no cheese, and salty seasoned potatoes. That whole staff during that shift had no one taking charge just a bunch of kids messing around.

I ordered two Chicken sandwich one of the it was frozen from inside I want to cashier to and he Refuse to fix my sandwich i ask for tThe manager and I waited patiently for a full fifteen minutes, but he never made an appearance. Frustrated by the delay, I reluctantly discarded my sandwich into the garbage, feeling as though my time had been wasted. It is the worst customer service . corporate number.
