This location is horrible. They got rude employees and they can’t even open up when they say they’re supposed to open up. This is a truckstop where truckers get up and they want to eat. It’s just like going into truckstop and not having coffee second day in a row with the rudeness from a little girl that works first shift And the first shift manager ain’t any better yesterday I went in there about 12 o’clock asked for a iced coffee and the little girl behind the counter with her little snotty attitude says we don’t have coffee we’re out OK make some. I’ll wait. This location is horrible. I have never seen such incompetent people in my life. If I didn’t have to eat here I would.

Was going to let this one go but it just won’t go away, so here it is was at this location 2or3 weeks ago, ordered a double value meal and one half of the sandwich literally smelled like someone wiped it under an arm pit, first visit.

This is the worse wendys I ever been to. The drive thru window is not always open during the day, I ordered food today, waited 15 mins to recieve cold hard fries. I told them about the cold food, the cashier, young black kid dumped new fries. I asked him how long for the fries, he responded he didnt know. I then asked for my money back since i couldnt wait due to my lunch break ending soon. The young cashier told me that he didnt know how. I responded to him telling him to figure it out. A lead emp came to refunded me my money, even though I paid with a card. The wendys on valley, superb service, but farther from my job. I guess i will just have to make the drive. Seems like since pandemic many food services have lost that good customer service. I only gave this post 1 star because it let me post without doing it, but they deserve no stars.

The Baconator is my go-to order at Wendy's. It's so filling and satisfying, and the bacon is always crispy. I love how they pile on the cheese and sauce too.

The tall skinny young lady told me she took the salt off my fries when I said no salt. She claimed that by refrying the fries it eliminated the salt instead of making a fresh batch! Lazy at it's best! 100% Garbage!!!

Okay, I like chili and Wendy's usually meets my expectations in this area. 6/23/23 to no fruition, the chili didn't meet my expectations. Why did they take a hamburger patty? Chop it up and put it in the chili that didn't make any good sense SMH. It was big chunks of broken up burger Patty meat, it was disgusting. the chunks of hamburger patties were larger than the pic because I had already broken it up.
