It's pretty disappointing that for a new location which you expect to be running smooth for some time, they can never sell you Frostys. I have now tried twice within the past week to get a frosty and one person said the machine was "broken" and the other said they had ran out of frostys for the night.

Ordered two biggie bags and only received 1 ranch and 1 bbq sauce. When asked for extra they said they can’t. Then I offered to pay for them, but still refused to give me sauce, what am I supposed to do with two sauces, for two 4-piece nuggets and two order of fries.. customers should be able to buy more sauce if not given out for free.. also the manager there ALYSSA, is a terrible manager and doesn’t understand how to handle customer service and situations, very rude.. they also made me wait in front for my food instead of the drive-thru window, while the line was empty with nobody behind me, they are trying to trick their system to make them seem like they are good at their jobs.. this Wendy’s is a terrible face for the company name.

I went through drive thru, ordered 3 breakfast meal combos. When I checked the bag there was no French toast. Staff said "oh you're supposed to tell me when you ordered" but they gave me another bag so I left drive thru. Bag only had 1 4pc French toast. I went inside. Staff says "it's only 1" so I asked to speak to supervisor. Spoke to Odalis. She said "my DM said only 1 per customer " when I told her not on the big sign outside where does it say that? Says "per my DM, that's what my DM said,..." in addition, food was greasier than at other locations. There were no sauces. I forgot myself too. But no one even asked or offered any sauces.

I tried this new Wendy's location in my area.9:45am today I ordered a breakfast meal and my potato wedges fries is mixed with regular French fries. Do they even serve regular fries in the morning? I was so disappointed. And not to mention they I have a huge sign upfront that when you buy a breakfast meal you get a free French toast but I didn't get anything with my breakfast meal.false advertisement. Customer service wasn't there either staff needs some proper training.......!!!!!!!!

I order on the app before I go to the store. Every time I’ve gone to pick up on Drive true their no cars behind me and they automatically park me . Besides cheating on the Drive thru timer I don’t see what’s the point of getting parked. My food it’s not always hot , I know you guys get the order before I get there so it doesn’t take long for you guys to get it ready. Today the guy on the Drive thru was upset because I told him no I wouldn’t park. I’ve decided I’m not coming to this store anymore the one on Summit is way better.

This location would better if they didn't make you use the kiosk all the time, and while it's convenient it's super slow and sometimes it doesn't take your order so you have to start over. I heard other customers convey the same message so I know it's not just me. The food is always hot though, And then when you ask them if you can just order in the front they have an attitude, uhm excuse me isn't that your job? Do better Wendy's! Side note: there's only one person at this store who is friendly and nice idk their name but they are always nice! Thank you!!

Went inside to dine in and was the first in line to order and 5 girls were working the drive thru line and NEVER acknowledged me standing at the counter waiting to place an order. I waited 10 min...then left without placing an order. Very disappointed!

It was really nice to have a popular burger joint that has deals on their food. I got a buy one bacon burger, get the second one free. I was able to order online and go through the drive thru to pick up my order. I'll be keeping my eyes open for the next sale.

Like the rest of the low reviews. I bought $60 worth of food they gave me wrong combos and missed 1 combo. All drinks were wrong. They never gave me receipt either. I called to let know I was coming back and was told right away that the manager Juan said " we can't make your order again" once I arrived. I did argue to them it was alot of money I paid for a mistake they did on top of them taking my order wrong as well. They ended up making my order and rudely almost thrown bags. We end up looking crazy for a mistake THEY make.

I came on November 3rd and ordered $32 worth of food, when I got home they didn’t add my spice sandwich. When I called I spoke to Alisa the manager about what happened and she said come back any day and we will give you one. I asked her how do you know it will be me and she said oh it’s okay just tell them you spoke to me. Didnt ask for my name or number or receipt information. I just came asking for the sandwich and q gentlemen told me he had replaced my sandwich last night. I specifically asked him “how do you guys keep track of situations like these?” And he continued to say he had replaced my sandwiches last night and that I had gone in with the same story last night. I haven’t back since November 3rd! Save your money and go across the street to McDonalds, they won’t steal your money and have way better customer service!
