Ordered two biggie bags and only received 1 ranch and 1 bbq sauce. When asked for extra they said they can’t. I went through drive thru, ordered 3 breakfast meal combos. When I checked the bag there was no French toast. Staff said "oh you're supposed to tell me when you ordered" but they gave me another bag so I left drive thru. Bag only had 1 4pc French toast. I went inside. Staff says "it's only 1" so I asked to speak to supervisor. Spoke to Odalis. She said "my DM said only 1 per customer " when I told her not on the big sign outside where does it say that? It's pretty disappointing that for a new location which you expect to be running smooth for some time, they can never sell you Frostys. I have now tried twice within the past week to get a frosty and one person said the machine was "broken" and the other said they had ran out of frostys for the night.
