“We had a great lunch here! Their menu is extensive (lots of sandwiches/soups/salads and a full breakfast menu served all day) and they make their salad dressings in-house. We were here for a pretty late lunch and sat outside but service was great. Hope to come back for breakfast sometime!“

“Caspian Mediterranean Kitchen is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Previously located in Irvine Orange County, it has been relocated to Foot Hill Ranch less than a year ago. When I visited this new location for the first time, I was completely surprised by the incredibly pleasant ambiance. I ordered two dishes, one was Baghala Polo with lamb, and the other was chicken kebab with rice. I must say, they were among the most delicious Baghala Polo and chicken kebabs I have ever tasted. The staff was all kind and professional. Our server, Ali, was very courteous and skillfully served us. The restaurant was managed by a beautiful girl named Doryaneh, who provided us with a tour of the new establishment and graciously answered any questions we had." Although Caspian Mediterranean Kitchen distance from our home was a bit far, it was truly worth the journey, and I will definitely go there again with friends. Additionally, as I am planning to host a large party in the coming weeks, I have also placed a catering order with them. If you intend to have Mediterranean food, especially Persian cuisine, make sure to visit here; you won't be disappointed.“

“My first time coming to eat here. I was greeted with outmost respect and courtesy! The food is so delicious! I took it to go and I just took a bite while I was in my car, well I couldn’t stop eating it. Had to finish it right away nothing left for later lol. They serve Halal certified meats. Good for your health.“

“Literally a hole-in-the-wall, but with GREAT Mediterranean food. Limited seating with an ocean breeze. Pricey, but worth it!
Parking: Don't drive to this place. Make your plans to enjoy Laguna Beach on foot, parking in one of the paid garages, and walk to this place. It's worth it!“

“I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. The kababs were absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, tender, and grilled to perfection. Every bite was a burst of flavor. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service are top-notch, but this restaurant truly nailed both. I highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Persian cuisine“

“Fast, efficient service with 2 meat options within chicken besides others. The pomegranate chicken is our favorite. You can mix and match the options including pita or bowls or rice. Plenty of sides and flavors. We like their spices. Staff is very friendly. Every order comes with a side of lentil soup at no cost. Good options of falafel and pita bites for kids. Good place for lunch. All options halal.“

“I really really wanted to give it five stars. I loved the vibe and most importantly how fresh the seafood was. The way the food was prepared shows that they take pride in doing their job. Our order had octopus and shrimp ceviche, which was full of juicy pieces of each generously served. We also asked if they served chips and guacamole, not on the menu but they happily and quickly made it and served with blue corn chips. For entree, my husband got Baja fish taco and I had spicy octopus and shrimp taco. The tacos were so well stuffed it was impossible to pick them up to eat. Our cup runneth over! LOL trust me, you don't need to order more than one taco. The portions are so generous, and the seafood is fresh and high quality. Service was friendly and speedy. Great people, great little business, I truly recommend everyone go support them. The only thing I take points off is the Baja fish taco was flavorless according to my husband. I didn't try it, but he really didn't like it. My food was excellent minus being over seasoned with salt and proportion of tortilla to meat. But all in all, good restaurant, should try.“

“Food at this location is so dang good! I went in on Saturday the 9th of April around 3pm and I was amazed. I got the half chicken and half falafel pita and it was really good. My wife got a bowl with falafel as well and both of us were amazed at how fresh everything was. The cook made us fresh falafel and was very nice to us. The chicken was so good next time I am getting double chicken and falafel! My wife said the rice was very well made and that she enjoyed her bowl. Cava for the win!“

“One of the best newer restaurants in South OC. The restaurant is very pretty, ambiance is great, and the food is very good and also healthy (but still tasty). It's like a California take on middle eastern food. The salmon bowl is great, though the lentil rice flavor has evolved over time and seems a bit less flavorful than early days. Still a great restaurant that is a regular spot for me.“

“We had my mom’s 50th birthday party here and it was spectacular! Rod and his staff worked very well with us, answering all of our questions and tailoring to our requests. They did everything we asked for and made my mom’s night so special. If you have a big event, I definitely would recommend this place! “I found this place on a whim and I'm glad I did. I got the lamp rack "kabob".This was a plate of lamb chops and I got hummus and salad for my sides. Yum! Everything was so well seasoned and the proportions were great. I will definitely be going back and I absolutely recommend.The people there were really nice.“

“Love this place. We’ve been eating many times with my wife. What makes this restaurant unique is surely the dedication and love with which every meal is cooked. Carmen & Aurelian are great hosts and make you feel comfortable and taken care of. We will surely come back and bring friends and family. When you miss the flavors and taste of Mediterranean cuisine, Bravo Avo is the way to go! Tip: ask for the Saganaki and see Aurelian himself light it up in front of you at the sound of Opa!!!!!“
