Cool small business. I am pretty sure that the woman who took our orders also cooked it. Food was great except for a bowl Tom Kha I ordered. The only other employee there was a young guy who was apparently helping to take orders and clean dishes. I was with my parents and my roomate to fort braggs for my birthday and they wanted thai food. (im very new to thai food) we get to nits cafe and we were just a minute too late. Nits is great if you like home cooked organic vegan food. I like the tofu and vegetables, which are sourced from our local organic farms on the coast. Serves over forbidden rice (black rice)z The spices are just right and the proportions are large, for me, one dish can be spread into 3 meals, although it tastes so good that I can almost eat it in one sitting.
