The store manager and manager husband will only hire you if you are family or friends with them. Their daughter Angelina and son Blaylynn and nephew Henry work their. Both of their sisters worked their. They fired one of them. One of them quit because he talked to her like a dog in front of customers and all of the other employees in the store. The only one not a friend they are trying to get rid of. My son put an application in and he refused to hire him because he wasn't family or a family friend even though the store manager kept saying he was next in line to be hired and they hired and fired 5 people until I told them to just forget his application. The whole store would run better with the girl that quit and a whole new staff to work with her.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

We placed a DoorDash order before they closed on DoorDash, it was accepted, showed up and got looked at like I was dumb for not knowing they had closed 20 minutes prior to me showing up. I showed proof that the order was accepted and I got told “sorry but we closed 20 minutes ago and we’re not making anything. I recommend canceling the order.” Cancelled the order and now fighting to get a refund back because the order was accepted and was deemed an active order.

Every single time I DoorDash something for pick up, and when I show up as the app says my order is ready to be picked up, the food was not even made. Therefore, I have been waiting for another extra 15-20 mins waiting for the food this is bugging and IT HAPPENED OCCASIONALLY OR EVERY SINGLE TIME please fix this!

Destiny is too busy flirting with a man to be taking orders. When she finally takes your order, she rings it up wrong, forgets your drink, forgets the fries. Hands your food to the wrong person and does it all without ever stopping her conversation with this random man. Hope they’re truly happy together.

The guy at dest said they didn't have fries and was more interested in talking to his freind, then i asked if they had mozzerella sticks and he procceded to say no i said ok went to taco bell and i guess he didnt know i spoke spanish proceeded to make jokes and laugh about his statements of no fries or nothing to make me leave !

I don't understand how I ordered a Bacon 3 cheese with nobody else in line as of yet, 15 minutes later, they forgot to make my food and skipped me. This location on Ft. Irwin is trash. And needs better management.

I ordered a chicken California it took them a while just to order and the grill looked already dirty the old guy with the stash doesn’t scrape it every time he makes a sandwich the taste was a little funky I’m not gonna lie like the cheese was bad plus the chicken was burnt I understand that they don’t care n probably think that soldiers can pretty much eat trash but isn’t fair that they sell this stuff for that price I’m definitely not coming back to this location
