“This is a Cloud Kitchen. You order online or in their touchscreen kiosk and wait for your food. It's cook to order. Tried their Mexican food Palmita. They have practically most cuisine Chinese Korean Japanese Indian Mexican Cajun American Mediterranean Italian hope I didn't miss other cuisine. I tried the Mexican first. “It is so so so nice to have a major Asian grocery store in this area, now people don't have to go to SJ to get their Asian grocery store fix.
I am a fan of the ready to cook fresh tonkatsu (not frozen!) however prices have tripled since they opened so I'm a bit sad. It used to be $4-6/lb, today I went and it was $11/lb.
They have a lot more ready to eat food than before, and for reasonable prices.
Their bakery has a nice selection, it's actually the same rice flour gluten free bread shop that Jagalchi in Daly City has, if I'm not mistaken.“

“We got a table right away. Cool outdoor area and attractive inside with a real tree that’s lit up and little lights. Music was interesting and I liked the vibe. Half of the beers were out of stock. But the food was good. Yummy meatball appetizer and tasty pizzas. 👍“

“I’m happy to support The Backhouse. I’ve ordered from them twice now, the $450 deluxe platter, and both times were excellent. You can tell the owner takes pride in her preparation, selects high quality fish, and the rice is cooked and proportioned perfectly. Most importantly, you get to enjoy delicious meal in the comforts of your own home.
Ordering through their website may seem daunting, but it’s actually pretty straight forward. They are also accommodating as I selected the wrong date and corrected with a link they provided. I didn’t have to call or speak to anyone. Their ordering website is intuitive and well designed.“
“I do like Costco in general, but OMG! I was cutting a baguette that I just got from Costco and I got stabbed by THIS!! There was a needle or pin sticking out of my baguette! We took it back to Costco to let them know. They gave us another baguette (a pinless one) and had us fill out an incident report, but otherwise they seemed nonplussed. Welp, hope there isn’t a next time, and the next person doesn’t get a mouthful or handful of stabbiness. Beware!! It’s not just the cheddar that’s sharp! 🙀 📍🥖 so crazy!!
