decent pho
A Vietnamese kitchen in the Marlin Cove center in Foster City, open seven days, ten to twenty dollars a head. The pho is the base order, and the bun bo hue, the crispy egg rolls, and the grilled pork plates fill out the rest of the menu. The fresh fruit smoothies are worth adding, soursop and avocado among them. Thank you for feeding the neighborhood. Five stars.
I come here often and always order the same pho (the No. 1 Special). I wonder if there are different chefs cooking, because some days it's delicious and other days it's not. The quality seems inconsistent. On some visits, there are noticeably fewer vegetables and less meat.
