I don’t know what happened to other customers but I always have good experience with this shop. They always made good tasteful cake with beautiful decorations for me. My wedding cake was perfect, taste and look. Then later on I ordered burnaway BD cake for my friend and it was perfect too. They always responded to me on text or call. They are busy at the store sometimes I do need to wait to talk to them but it’s because there are other customers too.

My go-to place for cake! Ive gotten custom cakes/last minute cupcakes from 118 several times before and they are allllwwayss so accommodating! They really work with you on how to make your design come to live. I love how their cakes are just the right amount of sweetness too. Presentation and customer service are always top- notch. Cannot recommend them enough!

Been going here for a couple of years now. Their cakes are super moist and not too sweet. Their designs... every time i order one with the idea of what i want the cake to be, they always exceed my expectation. Their service is very on point. PS. Their macaron ice creams are amazing too! my son loves them and ask for them every time i tell him i am picking up a cake from here.
I needed a last minute cake for my nephew with a Marvel theme, I mistakenly ordered for the wrong day but they were quick to accomodate me a day earlier! I really appreciated the quick response during the order process and my last minute order change on time and date. Design process was a quick, all I did was said I am looking for a Spiderman theme cake. They were quick to send sample photos over! My sister then changed to Marvel theme so I asked for that instead, and bam more sample photos! All in all, we were able to merge a couple of their previous designs together quick!My nephew loves white cake with strawberries, the cake was moist and not dry at all! The family loved it!100% would recommend especially for last minute orders! The price is also affordable compare to other cake artists!

The cupcake looks cute, however, the taste doesn’t match its appearance. The cake was okay (only because I didn’t eat anything all day), but the frosting has a hard frozen texture which made it difficult to eat.

Based on appearance, the tiered cake came out decent. My florist decorated it with flowers to match my decor but you can see the uneven bottom layer and the gap between the second and bottom. Granted, my florist chose to decorate it in a way where it takes away from the flaws and you focus more on the flowers. I also had ordered a sheet cake due to my guest count. From the reviews of the guests, it was a toss up! Some said the cake was dry with no taste. I tried a piece during the cake cutting portion and I would have to agree. Others said the cake was good. I'm going to assume that the tiered cake was dry as it was on display and the sheet cake came out better since it was stored in the kitchen. I will say a few guests mentioned tasting chocolate, when I ordered lemon-raspberry so that was a little alarming. Overall, based on reading other people's updates/recent reviews, I got lucky. Maybe others will have a better experience in the future.
