7 Leaves Cafe Fountain Valley

Very disappointed with my experience at 7 Leaves Cafe in Fountain Valley.

I ordered a large coffee and waited about five minutes without receiving my drink. When I asked Jonathan about my order, he finally started preparing it, but he made a small coffee instead of the large one I had requested.

When I pointed out the mistake and asked about my large coffee, he told me that he had only charged me for a small. While that may have been the charge entered into the system, I clearly requested a large coffee when placing my order. Rather than apologizing or offering to correct the mistake, he refused to fix the order.

At that point, I requested a refund and left. The most frustrating part was not just the incorrect order, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to make things right.

After waiting about 10 minutes, I ended up leaving and going somewhere else for coffee. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this location based on the poor customer service I received.

Ordered three house coffees with no ice and paid for the extra pour to have them filled to the top. Unfortunately, they still weren’t filled. This location seems to be getting a bit stingy lately. Disappointing experience.

close the drive through to be lazy… and give attitude to customers. then they’re sold out of kroffles at 1pm on a chill monday.??? plz do ur job girls

Why is there an option for less ice if my cup is still filled up with so much ice it’s ridiculous. Seen many reviews with the same problem- something needs to change.

I cant say much about the resuraunt and food itself but it's definitely the best drive-through drinks I've had in awhile, you can definitely tell they put some heart into those drinks! Drive through was quick too.

7 Leaves Cafe serves refreshing teas, flavorful coffees, and light drinks with a focus on quality ingredients and a cozy, laid-back vibe.

7 Leaves is my go-to for milk tea. This place is beautiful when you walk in, absolutely love the theme.

They have a huge variety of flavors for macarons and milk tea, plus lots of other drinks are served too. My favorite is the Taro milk tea.
The drinks and macarons are very flavorful. A lot of other milk tea I have from different places tastes more watery than the tea at 7 Leaves, they do an excellent job with their drinks.

However the macarons are a little bit out of the expected price range, but still worth trying out!

The service is very nice and hardworking, keeping the place clean, and most importantly, having customers leave satisfied!
