85°C Bakery Cafe - Fountain Valley

This spot is in a super convenient area with a bunch of other food options around, so there's always something to do nearby. The pastries are just as good as any other 85°C location, consistent and delicious. If it's your first visit, I definitely recommend trying the milk pudding or the berry tale. Those are my personal go-to's, but honestly, it's hard to go wrong with anything here.

Their boba drinks are solid too. The staff is always friendly and it's usually way less crowded compared to the Diamond Jamboree location. The only thing to watch out for is parking, which can be a little wild sometimes lol.

The baked goods are decadent. Light, fluffy, and indulgent. They run out of items, so the earlier in the day you visit, the better selection you’ll have. Prices are super reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, I’d recommend paying them a visit.

Love the An pang with plenty of sweet red bean paste! I tried the Ham and cheese sandwich as well, it tasted Ok.
Overall, plenty of pastry choices and reasonable prices.

I come here when I want a delicious treat that I don't dare eat in my car. The pastries are so magically light and flaky that I am guaranteed to make a mess. I always buy something to eat here or my watering mouth won't let me wait to get home to bust into my bag of goodies.
They have trays so you can load up for a few days and be a hero when you get home to the wife and kids.
85° treats are like currency in our house.
My daughter asked if the tooth fairy could leave a guava pastry under her pillow, of course I said "yes"
Imagine when she's older and gets to tell that story to her own grown children.
One last thing...put a little pineapple treat or cinnamon twist in someone's Christmas stocking, if you celebrate that way, along with a cup of hot chocolate on Christmas morning is a perfect way to start the celebration.

Always dirty inside, the pastries are not like the other 85° they are either brunt or taste old. I'm referring to the Huntington Beach location. I wish they would get it together so I wouldn't have to drive out to Irvines location.

Food is always good at any 85 bakery cafe.
Lady at the counter was kind of rude, we asked for a box when she was packing into plastic bag (we always buy like 7-8 items) and she kind of threw the items out, almost to the floor with an attitude before packing them into the box. We felt awkward and apologized to her for not telling her before she started packing.
I understand you might had a stressful day, had to work on weekend etc, we all have been there, but may be don't take it out on customer?
Anyways not coming back to this outlet anytime.

pls come in before 3pm. u will not regret getting 2 to 12 spicy sausages. and the strawberry bun slaps too. if they still have strawberry matcha get that too bcz it's BANGIN but yea this place has the best sweet & savory pastries & most of all.. good coffee
