For some weird reason, despite all the Philly cheesesteak places in California, you rarely see restaurants that offer one of the classic Philadelphia cheese options: good old Cheez Whiz.

I’ve been coming to this Philly’s Best for over a decade now, and it’s easily one of my most reliable spots in Fountain Valley. It’s rare to find a place that stays this good for this long, but the quality has never dipped.

The sandwich was absolutely delicious, but the fries, however, tasted burned and, as they had been fried twice; I was barely able to eat them.
