“Order on Grub Hub and it was so delicious,hot and correct. I appreciate local businesses who deliver to the Candy Cane Inn off Harbor. We have been trying different ones and this Philly Chicken is so good and fresh. It arrived hot as well as my daughter had chicken tenders also hot,crispy and yummy. The onion rings were still warm and crunchy. The cheese sub so fabulous for us veggies heads!! Ty guys outstanding food its 🔥!“

“A hearty Cheesesteak sandwich. Prepared right in front of you. Plenty of options and toppings.We went for lunch on a Monday and was not busy. The location is in the middle of an outlet shopping mall. We ate outside to take advantage of the perfect Orange, CA day.Parking is free and plentiful.Good sandwich, swift service, clean tables and eating area. Recommended.“

“Hands down the best Philly cheesesteak on the west coast, I’ve had cheesesteak on the east coast and the west coast and in my humble opinion Johnny's Philly grill is on par with what you get in Philadelphia and that’s really saying something. We have eaten here many times and will continue to do so. We ordered from here on superbowl Sunday since we are Philadelphia eagles fans.. Go birds! It was extremely busy and they had hundreds of orders called in but they still had ours ready on time and they were phenomenal as usual. It doesn’t matter how busy they are, the food is top notch every single time. Just writing this review made me crave a Philly so I know where I’m eating tonight. I haven’t tried all of the locations but based on the overall experience while eating at the beach blvd location, I’m sure they are all on point. I’m so glad I found this place, even my super picky 15 year old loves it and that’s impressive. I can’t wait to go back after work.
Parking: It’s not the biggest lot but I have never had a problem parking even when they are busy. If I had to park on the street and walk I would still go. The food is that good

“This is an amazing place to eat. The owner is very attentive and sweet. You can truly see she cares about her business and it's ingredients. She makes everything fresh including the mayo nothing is store bought. The sandwiches are appetizing and have a very unique flavor. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talking to her love her concept everything she stands for and listening to her journey on how this business came to be makes me so happy to support this business. “I tried the Philly cheesesteak, seasoned classic fried and cheesecake. My god was it good. I was visiting from london 🇬🇧, the cheesesteak was so hot, soft and fresh. The bbq sauce dip is a an absolute must! The fries were so damn good, way better than any of the spots I’ve eaten. And the cheesesteak, I’ve had cheesesteak from the cheesecake factory and from bakeries, this was the best! And for $3.99 I’m so happy with the pricing can’t complain. Will absolutely come again. Thank you for lady who served me at the till!“

I’ve been coming to this Philly’s Best for over a decade now, and it’s easily one of my most reliable spots in Fountain Valley. It’s rare to find a place that stays this good for this long, but the quality has never dipped.
My go-to is the Philly’s Best with mushrooms, sweet peppers, and hot peppers. The heat from the peppers combined with the mushrooms is perfect every time. And if I’m sharing with someone, I always opt-in for the Philly Fries—they are a total game-changer.
The food is always top-notch, but the staff is really what makes the experience. They’re great people, always friendly, and they keep the energy high. It’s just a solid, local spot that does things the right way. If you want a legit cheesesteak, don’t even bother going anywhere else.“
