We loved the pancakes, chicken & waffles and ube latte. Delicious food, but room for improvement in ambience and upkeep. Dusty shelves and dirty walls did not align with their website’s mission of dedication to health and freshness. They were also understaffed and though the lone server/cashier was doing their best - it affected service. A little investment in staffing, deep cleaning, and minor renovations could elevate this restaurant to its full potential.

Over priced for being average food. My boyfriend paid $17 for the fish and chips and got 2 average panko crusted fish pieces. It's not even fish and chips at that point. Normal tasting breakfast burrito but staff was nice when ordering and place has a cute atmosphere. Just wish the food was better :(

This is my girlfriend's food. I would of posted what I had but I never got my food so I watched her eat this. They said they didn't have chefs specials only after she received her mean and not mine when we both ordered. Poor communication.

I visited this spot for the first time on a weekday, and overall, it was decent. The ambiance was nice, with medium noise levels, and it wasn't too busy. The service was okay; you order and pay at the counter, then find a seat. There’s a section for water and coffee refills. My food arrived quickly, and the portion sizes were reasonable for the prices. I had a sandwich and peach iced tea, both of which I enjoyed. There’s also a small selection of carrot cake and other desserts near the cashier. The average plate costs about $20. However, I think the service could be better, especially from the cashier, who should be friendlier since they are the face of the restaurant.

So when you happen to arrive really early to your weekend education course and nobody is there and you need some breakfast options. Nep cafe doesn't open until 9am on a Saturday so it brought me here to Amarith Farmhouse. This is a nice little cozy breakfast spot. I got the pandan waffles and the pandan flavor was pretty good, the waffle is a tad dry, but with some syrup you're good. The matcha lavender latte was also pretty satisfying. Their pies and donuts looked good, but I didn't get to try any of these. Perhaps next time.

The line is unbelievably slow. The vibe is not great. Old furniture that is wobbly. Needs a face lift and modernization. The food was decent.

They managed to do it, I’m not sure how anything could taste so good and be bad, Especially since it’s one of the most expensive things on the menu. I ordered the chicken fried steak and the pieces that made up the meal were all delicious with the exception of the chicken fried steak. The potatoes were delicious, the vegetables We’re Perfect, tasty It was definitely fresh, The gravy, superb and the steak, tender and tasty. The problem was with the steak, The chicken fried steak appeared to have had a nice crispy coating on it, the problem was it was covered and gravy, Which gave the meat the consistency of Mushstill tasty but definitely not chicken fried steak, had The gravy been served on the side the meal would’ve been five stars for sure.

I was sat with a clear view of the kitchen and I watched 3 people manhandle a breakfast burrito and then serve it to a customer, It seemed like they were trying to pick something out of it rather than just make a new one - absolutely vile and so unsanitary. The place is grimy and tables aren’t cleaned regularly. This sucks , the place would have potential otherwise.

I actually really like this place and think people should give it a try, but they just sent me home with an incorrect takeaway order. I called to let them know and it was extremely clear that they didn’t care. Do better, please!

This was the best food I’ve had in a long time. I was with three other people and we all agreed it was a place to return to often. My fish tacos were wonderful. The rice and beans that came with them were absolutely delicious. I’m looking forward to trying more things on the menu.

I ordered the Parisian breakfast sandwich and it was freaking Bomb! (Sorry I had eaten half of it before remembering to take a picture) Definitely a higher quality place to get your meals and the prices are fair considering how fresh their ingredients are.
