Artisan by 7 Leaves and Crema Bakery

Poor staff here is always short at peak hours. Whoever is managing really needs to reevaluate how they staff their employees. It’s 11am on a Saturday. I ordered 4 house coffees at 10:40am. There’s only 4 people working upfront. 2 in drive through, a cashier, and a fulfillment person. Food is coming out slow, drinks are coming out slow, people are leaving. I would’ve left already if I didn’t promise these 4 drinks to my party. I feel bad for the staff. This is poor management at its peak.

I come here on a regular basis and unfortunately with each visit, I get less and less inclined to spend my money here. The coffee is mostly a hit with a couple of hiccups along the way, but the food has gone way done. I paid $4.25 for an extremely small ham & brie croissant that was tossed into a bag and was soggy not toasted by the time I ate it. I have attached the photos of what I got. It's embarrassing that this is what you all serve. Your quality has gone significantly down over the last year!

This is one of my go to spots to study when I wanna do work at a cafe. It’s pretty convenient to sit at where you can get a drink and some food.

It’s decently busy so there’s enough noise to keep my brain occupied when working and there’s usually at least a table or two open when it’s busy out. Some spots have outlets too and there’s WiFi to use.

Drinks are like every other 7 leaves, but you can have it either in a Togo or here cup. I usually get the parmesan fries if I want a snack or the ham & cheese croissant.

Very aesthetic and pretty inside. Also, I like the playlist they have in there.

Coffee doesn’t taste very good.

Parisian Eggs Benedict and cinnamon roll in a bowl. It was so good, every bite was with anticipation. All the flavors were wonderfully distinct and full of flavor.

I always come here, the food is amazing especially the pizzas. It’s a great study spot. It’s usually pretty busy but always worth it

Delish but overpriced food. Fun atmosphere with trendy décor. The mini-sized blueberry muffin was yum. But somebody please step in and teach the staff the fundamentals of food service. A smile as we pay would be nice. Maybe offer some help with the menu choices. If you're going to give me a number and bring the food to my table, bring enough plates and napkins for the 3 bakery items we ordered as well as offering utensils in case we didn't want to eat sticky items with our hands. Table was not all the way clean when we sat down. No sweeteners for the iced tea on the tables but the counter staff looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language when we asked about sweeteners at the counter and coldly pointed us to a water station we hadn't noticed deeper into the dining area. Just an overall sense that we were not appreciated as patrons. Seemed like the homogeneous student-aged crowd ready to plop down $17 for one slice of avocado toast were fine with the mentality of the service because they kept coming in droves!!

Food was just fine, but if something goes wrong don’t expect them to compensate accordingly. We waited a whole hour for one of our dishes to arrive, and they kept saying it’s coming it’s coming but then in the end they said it wasn’t on the receipt and we didn’t pay for it. The manager did not resolve the issue in a fair way.

We wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the way this situation was dealt with and their lack of customer service rubbed us the wrong way.

There was NO one here - I mean no one ahead of me, and five minutes until the next person came after me, and it took over 10 min for them to make my order of an americano!! Also the prices are high for what the quality is. I was better off going to Starbucks. It’s cheaper and better quality and better service.

I absolutely love this place and find myself coming here all the time—I'm completely addicted. The drinks are always fantastic, and the service is consistently excellent. My Thai tea with boba is so good, you'd have to pry it from my cold, dead hands. It's a go-to spot for me, and I can’t get enough of it. I highly recommend trying it!
