Delish but overpriced food. Fun atmosphere with trendy décor. The mini-sized blueberry muffin was yum. But somebody please step in and teach the staff the fundamentals of food service. A smile as we pay would be nice. Maybe offer some help with the menu choices. If you're going to give me a number and bring the food to my table, bring enough plates and napkins for the 3 bakery items we ordered as well as offering utensils in case we didn't want to eat sticky items with our hands. Table was not all the way clean when we sat down. No sweeteners for the iced tea on the tables but the counter staff looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language when we asked about sweeteners at the counter and coldly pointed us to a water station we hadn't noticed deeper into the dining area. Just an overall sense that we were not appreciated as patrons. Seemed like the homogeneous student-aged crowd ready to plop down $17 for one slice of avocado toast were fine with the mentality of the service because they kept coming in droves!!

Food was just fine, but if something goes wrong don’t expect them to compensate accordingly. We waited a whole hour for one of our dishes to arrive, and they kept saying it’s coming it’s coming but then in the end they said it wasn’t on the receipt and we didn’t pay for it. The manager did not resolve the issue in a fair way.

We wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the way this situation was dealt with and their lack of customer service rubbed us the wrong way.

There was NO one here - I mean no one ahead of me, and five minutes until the next person came after me, and it took over 10 min for them to make my order of an americano!! Also the prices are high for what the quality is. I was better off going to Starbucks. It’s cheaper and better quality and better service.

I absolutely love this place and find myself coming here all the time—I'm completely addicted. The drinks are always fantastic, and the service is consistently excellent. My Thai tea with boba is so good, you'd have to pry it from my cold, dead hands. It's a go-to spot for me, and I can’t get enough of it. I highly recommend trying it!

A++ will be returning in the future with more KYT Dental Services staff members to enjoy the fantastic food, outstanding service, and inviting ambiance. Our entire team thoroughly enjoyed the experience and looks forward to coming back to Artisan by 7 Leaves and Crema Bakery!

I love this place. Especially the Bo Kho, beef stew and Vietnamese coffee. I Especially like to sit outside to be with the sun and the wind. The people here are nice, friendly. The food is great.

This place is such a gem!! The food is wonderful, the coffee and tea are wonderful, and the ambiance is so cute.
