Cool mom and pop shop with only a few tables available for dine-in. Wait wasn’t too bad on a Sunday for lunch. Banh Khot was delicious and crispy, chicken wings were crispy with great flavor. Bot Chien was ok.

Their banh khot is delicious! The staff is so nice and they’re very generous with the herbs they provide on the side! 10/10 will be coming back :)

A small mom and pop-like ran restaurant with about six tables and 6-7 food options. There's a notepad outside where you can add your name and number of guests onto while you wait. With it being small, the wait can get lengthy.
You should already know what you want to order upon seating, as they'll be ready to take your order right when the menus are placed on the table. There's a menu taped on the window for your viewing while you wait, too.
We ordered two banh khots, one with meat and the other with shrimp, and one bot chien. They took a while to arrive to the table, and one after another. The banh khots were thin and crispy, served with a plate of fresh herbs and nuoc cham to compliment them. I liked how crispy they were but flavors lacked for my liking. As for the bot chien, it was extremely disappointing. Not only did it not look appetizing but it wasn't good either. Over fried with egg shells present. Definitely waste of money for that dish.
Service was pretty much nonexistent, too. You'd have to try and wave someone down for some assistance, as needed. 3% service charge if using a credit card to pay and no AMEX. So of course, they prefer cash if possibly. Overall, not worth the wait for me.

Great food, super yummy with the nuoc mam and shredded papaya. The banh khot thit and tom both have great texture.

I got the banh khot tom and they were so gooood! Light and crispy, goes so well with the sweet and sour fish sauce, remember me of the banh khot I had in Vung Tau a long time ago. A reminder to tell the cashier how much you want to tip as they can only add it before coming to the total bill, unless you do it in cash.

We always drive by this place but decided to stop by this time. I’m so glad we did. It’s a tiny, unassuming, mom-and-pop place. It’s easy to miss from the outside, but the food is packed with flavor and heart.
An older gentleman helped us. He was kind and low-key. It felt like it might be his restaurant, and that made the whole experience feel even more meaningful.
We ordered banh khot and bot chien, and both were seriously delicious. The banh khot was amazing. It was crispy on the bottom, soft and creamy in the middle, with rich flavors. Paired with fresh veggies and the dipping sauce, every bite was delicious. I wanted more the second I finished the last one. It was that addictive.
The bot chien was also great! It was crispy with a soft center, mixed with egg and served with a light soy-vinegar sauce. So satisfying and comforting, especially if you love street food-style snacks.
Overall, everything felt homemade and authentic. If you're looking for something casual, flavorful, and local then this is the spot. No frills, just really good food and people who clearly care about what they’re doing.
Support this small business! It’s 100% worth it. I’m already planning to come back, and next time, I’m definitely ordering double the banh khot! (Btw, they are closed on Mondays.)

We ordered the signature dish of banh khot. It's light and crispy. If I made it at home and it turned out like this, I would think I messed up because my batter was too thin, but apparently that's how it's made in Cali. I'm just glad this is made with the right ingredients instead of the yellow batter that some places use.
Overall, with the generous herbs it made a nice delicious meal.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and enjoyed the food. I ordered the Bánh Khọt, which I had also tried in Vũng Tàu during my trip to Vietnam. Compared to the one I had in Vũng Tàu, I would say the Bánh Khọt here is very similar. The only difference is that the ones here weren't as warm as the ones in Vũng Tàu. The shrimp were fresh and tender, and there were plenty of vegetables in the dish. The fish sauce was perfectly balanced. The restaurant is small and a bit old looking/design, but it's clean, parking is easy to find, and has very simple menu. I also appreciated seeing elderly servers working, as it's great that they support older people in earning money at their age. I'll definitely return to try their Hủ Tiếu.

Nothing fancy but sweet service and delicious food 😋
Slightly tight space but otherwise fantastic. They have real Hu Tieu noodles, not the My Tho glass noodle or Pho noodles. The real one. Banh Khot is fantastic and their sauce is great. Really lovely place, highly recommend.
It doesn't compare to the competing banh khot places. The service is slow, the atmosphere is lacking, no music, and absolutely don't get the fried taro thing. It's a small mom and pop shop but they need improvement.

I will say.... for simple, straight to the point banh khot.... this place was good. The batter was good, and I liked the ratio of batter to topping. It was not too thick of a banh part. BUT - I will say I've had better banh khots that are a bit heartier and Maybe made with more attention, meaning ones that have the other Toppings on it. I was so surprised when the Shrimp one came out and it was basically just batter and shrimp. So basic. It was good!!! But basic is all. And it matched what we paid for it. So I'm not complaining. I'm just saying that be aware that it's that type of banh khot and not like others in more upscale restaurants. It's 5 stars based on the style of banh khot this place is known for. Service was ok. They were busy. There was a wait. I'd say it matched the ambiance and price point.
