I dined in on the $11 for #23 flat noodles with seafood. They alsp gave me complementay bowl of Viet dessert. I also got to-go $12 for #86 braised pork belly. Both entrees remind me of homecooking, comfort foods. Great value.
Simple restaurant, it has a lot of mirrors in a small space. It is a very old fashioned restaurant as many Asian places -- but adequate for a group of seniors or easy going customers. The menu has many basic home cooked dishes, unlike many restaurants. It offerings range from from stew fish, sour soup, stirred fry Vietnamese veggies to Thai dishes. My friends and I love this place! Vietnamese home-style cooking. Sooo comforting—the flavors hit the spot and remind us of home and of our childhood. My go-to here are the fish, ong choy salad with beef, the pea sprouts, and the fish in like a lemongrass sauté. They have a Japanese purple root soup which is not widely available even in Bolsa. We always feast when we come here.
