This place has the best banh khot in town!! We ordered 2 banh khot tom and it was perfect! Crunchy, flavorful, and whoever had banh khot before knows that the gist lies in the dipping fish sauce. This place is good at both the banh khot and the fish sauce!! Highly recommend!!

Yummy, fingers licking good! Must try the Bot Chien. Chicken wing was small, on the sweet side but it was still really good. Banh khot pork and shrimp was crispy! Food and service were amazing.

They make their banh khot here differently (and much better imo). They are thin and crispy. Both the shrimp and meat toppings are fabulous. We also ordered the fried rice, and it far exceeded my expectations. One of the tastiest fried rices that I've had anywhere. I can't wait to go back.-the hot sauce on point and actually spicy

So so good!! They specialize in only a few things on their menu, their number 1 thing is Banh Khot and they do it well!!! They aren't the typical yellow turmeric ones, they are lighter, thinner, less greasy and perfectly crispy! We also ordered the Bot Chien. Rice flour chunks pan fried with eggs. You dip it with the vinegar soy sauce. Also delicious. With any Vietnamese Dish, you can wrap it in lettuce and other herbs and dip it into fish sauce. Small restaurant that holds about 4-5 two-tops. The service was great, food came out quickly and they take Zelle or credit card!

12 per dish? Great value. Personally taro dish isn't that great unless you like taro. Everything else is great, Banh Khot is crispy. Fried chicken is very crispy and even more flavorful inside. Fried rice is amazing! And I'm not easily impressed by fried rices!Update: Round 2 - passion fruit drink is good, the chicken was not overly fried this time and the flavor was even more excellent. Fried rice and banh khot are FIRE. Lots of viet cliente, this place is authentic/legit!!!

One of the best banh khot tom I've had. I love how crispy they are. I liked how the shrimp was large and unpeeled. I need to come back to try the thit version. It is reasonably priced for 8 pieces for $11.50. I also liked ga chien nuoc mam. It was really flavorful. Note: The place is small with only a few tables.

While I don't eat banh khot regularly, this is one of the best places I've eaten at in Little Saigon. This place was recommended by a Vietnamese friend's mom, and it did NOT disappoint! I've come here twice since, and it is definitely worth the drive from LA. I've tried the meat and shrimp banh khot, but have to say the shrimp is the way to go! Each order is served with grated papaya (or daikon?) to go in your nuoc mam sauce as well as a huge plate of herbs and lettuce. Each banh khot is crispy and topped with a huge, perfectly cooked shrimp. And when you put it all together, wow it is freaking delicious! And you can easily finish a whole order on your own if you're hungry :) Highly recommend this place, with homey ambiance and very reasonable prices and delicious banh khot!
Banh Khot here is as authentic as it gets. We visited Vung Tau last year and even the photos of the Banh Khot is the same. Locals spot here.

Just a small place but cozy enough with great food and superbly friendly service. The best "banh khot" I have ever had in the US. Highly recommend if you are looking for something crispy served with fresh vegetables and mild fishsauce.

Very delicious , crispy Banh khot! The shrimps were very large, and meat portions were piled high on each piece. The plates come with a generous amount of veggies. The only thing that needs improvement is the fish sauce which didn't really have too much flavor for me. The bot chien was better than I had anticipated. It was quite crispy and I like the mixture of the batter they used. A long standing establishment with feasible prices. Definitely worth a try. Recommend!
