A milkshake is supposed to be thick--not so thin that it spins around in your cup like milk--this location is so cheap they always give you as little ice cream as possible---don't ever go here

Omg just like all the 1 star reviews on here stated, that Asian lady at this location is purely rude, unprofessional, intimidating & discriminating. Her behaviors is just unacceptable especially to a 9 yr old child who politely asked her to try a flavor of the ice cream. My husband said something along the line about what size we should get sitting behind & she rudely interrupted us at a yelling tone...what he said! That explains why this location was emptied on a Saturday! Just like one Yelper said on here it's like she's doing you a favor by selling you ice-cream. As we were walking out, she was bitching at us in a foreign language, I was going to give her a piece of my mind as much as I didn't want to lose it in front of my 9 yr old but my husband stopped me & said let's go not worth our time snooping down to her level. I'm assuming she must be the owner!

Please do not support this location. The Vietnamese lady, who is likely the owner, is the rudest person you'll meet. She's got no customer service personality. She will let out a big sigh when you ask for a sample, pressure and guilt trip you to buy more, complain when she has make anything- the absolute worst. Crazy how this place remains open, instead go to Rite-Aid across the street. See for yourself if don't believe me, but make sure you walk out.
I used to go the the Yorktown & brookhurst BR, now I'm a customer at this location because of the service and the proper amount of ice cream serving you get. They are fast, yet attentive. They don't rush your order or ice cream experience. The lady in charge reminds me of the old school ice cream B&R. She makes you feel welcome and gives you a big scoop. She asks if there is anything else you would like to order, but asks in a non rushing way. Thank you for reminding me of the old 31 flavors welcoming ice cream experience I used to get as a kid!

I asked her if the candles were inside the bag 2x because I didn't hear the first time and she answered really rude "I said twice that's inside, yoi should take your headphone" GO IN ANOTHER LOCATION!
