Why did I even choose to go here. The people working there was so mean and it took them so long to bring out my water. I order some food and it them so long to make the food. Once I went into the bathroom, it smelled so gross. The tables were extremely sticky and something was odd about this place. After eating the food, it was bland and had no flavor. I recommend not going here with your family or by yourself.

We came here based on all the pictures from Google. When we arrived and looked at the menu, most of the stuff was gone. Those awesome desserts on the pictures? Also gone. They just had ice cream. It felt like a bait and switch. The server was apologetic about it, but there was no manager on duty because "he has another store on the east coast." Seriously, please take off the photos on Google of the dishes you no longer provide. Some of them are as recent as a few months ago. You don't have to make your customers experience this.

We came in an hour or so after they opened on a Friday and there was only one other table occupied.

The food was amazing!!! We ordered the spicy cajun edemame, crispy pork, and tom yum seafood fried rice. All three dishes were wonderfully prepared! Great job to the chefs!

The only thing lacking was the service, but the staff was young, but I would venture to guess that they will learn and the service will get better in time.

We will definitely be returning soon and recommend giving them a try!

Very underwhelming. For all the hype, we were left confused on why. Nothing tasted horrible but for the prices with the lackluster food, it wasn’t worth it in our opinion. We definitely left thinking we wouldn’t be returning to try anything else and there was nothing worth coming back for.Out of 4 dishes we ordered, the only slightly memorable one was the beef carpaccio one that tasted a little like Pho. One thing missing from the dish - toasted crisp baguette or something. Everything else I can’t remember any of it being good or amazing.Service was good. Parking lot is free. But wouldn’t be returning.

We had a wonderful lunch of crispy duck with garlic noodles and egg creme pasta. Both served deliciously hot and with great service. The atmosphere has a good vibe and stylish decor. Would definitely come back. There are so many things on the menu I want to try.

We dined here once and probably won’t come back since the restaurant’s offers are not matching the price it charges.Food: Portion is quite small. Flavor seems mediocre and not really memorable. The buttered crab ($18) came soggy and lacked seasoning. The roasted pork hock ($26) was tasty, but it did remind me of the roasted pork that can be easily found at other Chinese BBQ or Vietnamese restaurants at much cheaper price. Oysters had funky smell and flavor, so they were definitely not the freshest ones I had.Drinks: All the cocktails are made with Soju ($12). The Saigon Smash, cocktail with tamarind, tasted more like a juice with barely any alcohol. Bottled Sapporo is reasonably priced at $5.Service: Really slow. It seems like the host and waiters still figured out how to run the show. We felt like being ignored. It took 10 min since we sat down for a waiter to pass by our table to offer water/drinks but then she forgot to bring us water until we reminded her later. It then took 25 min since we put in the order for the first dish to come out and another 30 min for a second dish. Another note: The host brought the cocktail to our table and said something that I couldn’t hear well so I asked her to clarify but she unfriendly responded something and just walked away.Atmosphere: modern decors and open kitchen concept. It was noisy and loud for the small space with music playing, loud voices/yelling from a big group of customers at another table and all the cooking noises.

Small portion for the price but decent fusion food. Really enjoyed the scenery.

We went mainly for the $1 oysters. They had a great Vietnamese twist with excellent citrus flavor. No cocktail sauce needed. We also really liked the crab. The space was modern and cool. We will definitely be back.

Vietnamese fusion is trending in Orange County, and this place executes it so well. We ordered a variety of savoury and sweet dishes including chicken & pandan waffles, fried chicken & pumpkin curry, and Ha Noi sampler platter. Everything was delicious, and there's nothing I wouldn't order again. Staff crushed it, and the interior aesthetic is lovely. This is the place I'm recommending to all my friends when they ask for a brunch rec!

The restaurant is chic with an open kitchen concept so it was a cute spot to celebrate a birthday. Decor is stylish which I really enjoyed.I started off with a pandan latte while the birthday girl had a creme brulee latte. I asked for mine less sweet which was perfect for me. The creme brulee latte came as is which was too sweet. It was cool to watch them torch the creme brulee latte before delivering it to our table. They don't serve liquor here but we were able order a large body of soju for $22.For our dishes:- Buttered Crabs - 2 crabs cut into 4 so perfect for sharing. Tasty but a little fishy.- Jasmine Paella - no where near paella as it didn't take long to make at all when paella needs time. It was just fried rice. Still tasty but not what we were expecting.- Wok Fried Tenderloin - this really is just shaken beef also known as bo luc lac. The meat is tender but for the small portion, not worth the price at $28.There is also a $5 personal cake fee for the birthday cake we brought in.Service was attentive and they were helpful in taking our pictures. We were in a hurry to leave so I did not catch the Sapporo they charged us in error.I want to support this restaurant due to a female chef but the high prices cannot be justified for average food and small portions.

Drove an hour from LA to try this restaurant and I'd say it worth the drive, so here are my suggestions and review!I started with their #coffee- $7 Pandan Latte (8.5/10): house pandan extract | condensed milk | ca phe froth.- $6 Lychee Blush (10/10): lychee | pink lemonade | condensed milk | cheese foam. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.For Cold Starters:- $16 Wagyu Tái Chanh (10/10): strip loin wagyu | pine nuts | onion | Thai basil | fried shallots | crumbled rice crackers | passionfruit fish sauce vinaigrette. MUST ORDER!- $16 Prawn & Mango Salad (7/10): cajun tiger prawn | mango | bell pepper | onion | cucumber | tomato | sprout leavesFor Hot Starters:- $26 Hà Nội Sampler (6.5/10): tofu | pork | pork pattie | vermicelli | Viet herbs | kumquat | fermented shrimp sauce | blood sausage (optional). It may be challenging to try for non-Vietnamese with our traditional fermented shrimp sauce because of the taste and smell.- $15 Skillet Escargot (10/10): lemongrass butter | salted duck egg yolk | Viet coriander. For people who love seafood & snails to try! I LOVE IT!- $18 Buttered Crabs (7.5/10): soft shells | home whipped corn butter | salted duck egg yolk | crisp, charred onion | bell pepper | fried garlicFor Chef’s Menu:- $38 Summer Sea Bass (8/10): mashed edamame | mango salad | scallion aioli | yuzu infused soy sauce- $34 Short Rib Ragu (9/10): prime grade | buttered polenta | stir-fried watercress | roasted tomatoes | rustic potatoes$25 Roasted Pork Hock (8/10): sea salt | five spice | chili | crispy skin | pickled cucumbersGeneral, authenticity is 7.5/10, but innovation is 8.5/10!? Plenty of Free Parking
