Ordered 2 hot chocolates- molten lava and wallaby w/oatmilk. The molten lava was fine and tasted like the Dutch bros hot chocolate I know. The Wallaby was not- I swear it was 99.99% oat milk and tasted like someone had thrown cocoa powder on it from across the bar. Service was great as usual but sad about the drinks :(

The coffee is SO good! Quick and easy to grab a drink. I haven't been to this location but always stop at one when I travel to Oregon/Washington. I always recommend their coffee.

The eagle has landed Ans it's amazing hahah the staff the cofeee it's all good if your willing to wait in long lines you can enjoy the fruit of your labor if you have never had Dutch bro your in for a major treat if you have then you already know best cofeee !!! Ever !!

Coffee was good the 1st time, but no the 2nd time. They definitely lack common courtesy. My 6 year old had to use the restroom, we ordered a few drinks, and we're waiting in the rain. When I politely asked if my 6 year old could use the restroom, they said no he can't. So telling my kid to continue to hold his pee and wait in the rain. Not coming back. In addition, waits are too long and location just doesn't support the load

Dutch Bros, originally from Oregon, has made its debut in Southern California. This was our first experience trying Dutch Bros! We decided to join the walk-up line, which resulted in a 30-minute wait to place our order. However, the atmosphere and music kept us entertained throughout the wait. You've got to try the Golden Eagle chai with cinnamon at Dutch Bros. It tastes like horchata!

I had some extra time leaving my office in Irvine before my semiweekly drive up the 405 toward the 605 so I HAD to try! My drink was DELICIOUS!! Well worth the 25 minute wait in the drive thru. I had a long drive anyway, so was nice to sip on. I'd equate the line to a busy In-n-out out line, but this one moved pretty quick. Ordered a strawberry horchata chai with cold foam and a strawberry smoothie for my daughter. I drank mine so fast, and when she got hers, she said it was great. She even liked mine. The guy that took my order in the drive thru was super charming and helpful. He definitely hustled me for a tip lol but he made my long drive thru experience better, so he earned it. Every person I interacted with had the BEST attitude, and you could even see that for the ones I didn't talk to. Can't wait to come back and try other drinks when I have the extra time to stop.

The drink was good. We got the golden eagle and the berry lemonade it taste exactly how it sounds. The golden eagle is on the vanilla side and a bit of Carmel. The coffee is similar to McDonald's but better. The service was slow because we stand in line and most of the order behind us got their drinks within minutes. We waited for about 30 minutes to get our drink. The surround is great. Everyone was just doing their own thing while waiting in line.
When I went to Dutch Bros this morning I had a very pleasant experience and not a long wait! The older security man was very nice and the worker who took my order was named Nick, AND HE WAS THE SWEETEST AND MOST HELPFUL! I'm very happy that I had the pleasure of conversing with both of those two individuals while I waited for my coffee because it made the wait go by faster and left me satisfied with my drinks as well as with the experience of visiting Dutch Bros. Thank you for bringing one to my area as well as ensuring your staff not only focus on quality and speed of products, but also are engaging with their customers and trying to establish a connection/interest in them

Yesterday I visited this place for the first time. It's definitely a popular place because the lines were pretty long for the drive thru and even the walk up. I ordered the Vanilla coffee freeze with honey boba. It was delicious. The boba is different than most bobas. It has a thin layer and the honey bursts out when you bite it. Tasted great! What really stood out for me was the friendly staff. The guy who was taking the order was helpful and nice. The guy at the counter was very nice and courteous. They couldn't have been nicer. Whenever I am in the area, I will stop by to try some other drinks. I can see why this is so popular. It's definitely worth the wait!
