The store was out of bread, so I ordered a wrap. The tortilla was stale, the chicken was dry, and there was not much sauce. Overall, a bit disappointing for an $11 wrap.

So impressed with this location. Such amazing employees here and such quality bread and service! I have been in town for catering and events and the Catering Manager Christie always accommodates our needs! She is so sweet and I would highly recommend using their services through her. She makes it easy and will make your day with her level of customer service! This store is my favorite and I've ordered from many Oc locations. They have the best wheat and French bread by far! I believe the opening manger is Kevin and he has been very helpful and kind as well! Christie and Kevin will help with any and all catering needs so anyone in search I highly recommend! Happy Holidays and thank you for making my day and keeping great employees like them, it's rare these days!!

Arrived at 8:20pm ... Online and their door clearly says they close at 9pm. All I get is an "I'm sorry we're not open anymore" from some youngsters working there. The door is still unlocked, the lights are still on but they denied service. Disappointed to say the least.

This place appears to never read the customization for sandwiches. This is the 2nd time at this place I ordered a JJBLT asking for extra mayo, onions, and oregano herbs. They forgot them all, and the sandwich was so dry I could hardly find ANY mayo in it. I'm done with this JJ loca, and maybe done with JJ altogether. If you're not gonna read the customization, why should I bother?

Jimmy Johns food is great. Had had this place many times but in the past year this locations has gone way down. They didn't turn off their service since they had to close early for some reason and I had to wait to get a refund. Another time they said that they didn't have a delivery diver so I had to cancel and wait for a refund. Now they finally use Uber drivers for their delivery so I feel better ordering from them, but no..... today I ordered and after 20 minutes I'm thinking that I should have gotten a text letting me know that the driver has been set up. So I called the store and they couldn't find my order for a while. Finally she found it and said that it t should be ready in about 10 minutes....., seriously??? It takes like 5 minutes max to make sandwiches. If they were busy I would understand but they were not.
Not good, asked to order a giant, said they couldn't cuz they were low on bread. But then I ordered 2 med subs, which is same amount of bread? I've never experienced anything like it. The sub hardly had any Turkey? Was thee saddest sandwich I've ever gotten. They're not training properly? How to make? How much goes on? Nuts.One star is charity.

My first order was for catering 50 people.It was easy & delicious. Everyone was happy & complimenting JJ. Today, I'm back to pick up some sandwiches & chips. My husband & I are so impressed with the Service fromChristie & Joselyn at the Fountain Valley store. We made a great choice going there.We highly recommend Jimmy John's inFountain Valley, CA

The Italian Sandwich is pretty good, but my only complaint was that there was a little bit too much sauce in mine. Not sure if it happens all the time, or just this one particular incident.
