So impressed with this location. Such amazing employees here and such quality bread and service! I have been in town for catering and events and the Catering Manager Christie always accommodates our needs! She is so sweet and I would highly recommend using their services through her. Jimmy Johns food is great. Had had this place many times but in the past year this locations has gone way down. They didn't turn off their service since they had to close early for some reason and I had to wait to get a refund. Another time they said that they didn't have a delivery diver so I had to cancel and wait for a refund. Now they finally use Uber drivers for their delivery so I feel better ordering from them, but no..... today I ordered and after 20 minutes I'm thinking...read full review

My first order was for catering 50 people.It was easy & delicious. Everyone was happy & complimenting JJ. Today, I'm back to pick up some sandwiches & chips. My husband & I are so impressed with the Service fromChristie & Joselyn at the Fountain Valley store. We made a great choice going there.We highly recommend Jimmy John's inFountain Valley, CA
