The host that seated us forgot to check us in at OpenTable. Then I got a “no show” from OpenTable which I had to verify with. OpenTable said they will give me a one time exception for not having to submit a picture of my receipt. By the way, the restaurant uses handheld machine for check and I normally don't ask for receipt. On a side note, I actually called the restaurant too and asked them to correct it, and their response was pure MUTE- the lady host only hummed ok,...

The beef belly bowl was delicious. I tried the chasu ramen and the broth was a little heavy for me when it comes to ramen, but I will be back to try the tonkatsu. Excellent value for the lunch special.

6 adults for dinner. We ordered 2 appetizers, 4 ramen bowls, and 2 poke salads. Ramen came out first. Then 10 min later, the appetizers. The 2 poke salads were 15 min later. Our server was very friendly and nice, but he failed at spacing out the dinner. That made our experience less enjoyable, for sure.
