Allergic to onions and asked if tomato basil soup had them in base, the waitress went back and came out and said absolutely not. Well guess what, she was wrong. Know your menu don't rely on someone else to tell you. Also she kept forgetting items we asked for. Slow sevice.

The server I wish I could remember his name is amazing and always so accommodating. We always come in with a huge crowd. And he managed it to break it all down. Any way, we want, and get our food to us and a reasonable amount of time.

The muffins here are sooo good! I've pretty much tried everything on the menu by now and nothing really sticks out other than the muffins. The atmosphere makes me a little sad, to be honest. All I can hear are the plates clattering in the kitchen and the occasional conversation I eavesdrop on. In other words, just get the muffins to go.

Have been meeting here monthly for the past 4 months with a group of 5 to 7 friends. I remember years ago when Mimi's was a quaint good quality breakfast café. But after my 4 recent visits all at 11:30am, I am ready to go elsewhere. The service has been mediocre, the food, sandwiches, breakfast, muffins, crepes, salads, all nothing special, and ambiance lacking.Last week we were served food without utensils, water for some and not others, food arrived at different times, orders were wrong, and some ordered items were missing, and they were never really busy with several empty tables.As others have experienced, and no matter how good some reviews are, this place has gone downhill and is in need of a serious overhaul and new management.Update. At a subsequent group lunch Jan-16, had 2 older Mexican gentlemen bus and serve our table who were very cordial, attentive, and accommodating. Upgrading review from 2 to 3 stars.

Tonight we came to this Mimi's location to celebrate my Grammy, she recently passed away and Mimi's was her favorite. Thank you to the servers for providing beautiful service and being so sweet and entertaining. Thank you to the chefs for the beautiful meal. I know if my Grammy was here still she would of had a great night. Highly recommend this location and restaurant in general. I how Mimi's can do some commercial or something because I would love to see it just again. :) . The ambiance is great, love the vintage homey feel. My bf and I will definitely be coming back for breakfast. 10/10 recommend!
