This is one of those spots where the food consistently delivers—flavorful, well-portioned, and clearly made with care. I’ve eaten at other handroll restaurants throughout LA/OC and this place holds its own every single time. Leaving this review specifically because the gentleman who I believe was the manager provided excellent service, I arrive pretty close to closing time just because I wanted to try a roll. Ended up getting a set and the manager had made a few of them for us and I really appreciate the service he provided. It was Thursday night but I believe if I came on a weekend and after a few Sake’s I know it would have been an even better time.

The lunch set is an amazing value. You get four rolls, edamame, and miso soup for $15! The portion size is just enough to satisfy you, and the service is fast. If you come in hungry you won’t be for long. The quality of the fish was excellent, but I personally wasn’t a fan of the crab (though I usually am not a fan of crab salad-like textures). Overall this place is great for lunch, especially since quiet enough to hear a friend. This restaurant only has bar seating as a heads...
