Surprisingly, the best cut is the pork shoulder and pork belly š
Meat is good. Service is nice, will come again.
Shabuya - We passed by it multiple times but never have a chance to stop by and finally here we were.
The food + prices = so-so, but I can say that it is good experience to try out. We ordered the number 1-5 double double since we only did the beef. The Vietnamese guy waiter was really nice and funny brought up the whole fun and delicious asmostphere to us. The food is good, and we love the broth that he recommended. There was no wait on the Tuesday night which was great since we were starving.
The food stations come with all different type of seafood, noodles, fish balls,⦠Different choices to choose. Good food and serving clean.
If it not about front desk lady JESSICA who was assigning us to sit at the table rudely, and throwing the plates, chopsticks in front of our face after we sat in 1 second, I would give this place a 5 stars for sure. This lady Jessica was so rude and seems like she thought the we were teenagers that she can treated us like that. The attitude was surprising rude since this is our first time.
Overally thank to to Vietnamese waiter did a wonderful job and the kitchen gave us a good impression and experience, if not we would choose to leave in the beginning without trying. It seems like some of the bad reviews are definitely true about their customer service
Was disappointed with the service and the atmosphere this time. Our waitress was not very attentive, and there were loud, obnoxious drunk patrons who were cussing, using profanities with young kids sitting nearby. Staff did nothing in response to it. On our previous visit, our waiter was friendly, attentive, and great in food and drink recommendations.
Very good food and a very good price for lunch. Highly recommended ?
One of my go to place when Iām off! Love the vibe here and staff is really friendly and helpful!

Waiters were swapped halfway through our meal and were also being very rude to my PREGNANT fiancee and her friend. My fianceeās water cup was cracked and water was leaking all over the table.. took them about 30 mins before a waiter came over and addressed the situation. My fiancee was then asked to scoot her seat in and the waitress still struggled to get what she needed from behind her. And then who I believe was the manager, told us to hurry up because of a wait the restaurant had. I donāt understand how a restaurant can advertise āall-you-can-eatā and see that my fianceeās friends son still has food in front of him and weāre being rushed out of our table and the restaurant. Will not be returning under any circumstances.

I recently visited Shabuya, an all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant, and while the food was really good, the service left a bit to be desired. The hostess was a bit rude and not very welcoming, which set a less-than-ideal tone at the start. However, the servers were fairly friendly overall. One girl who brought out some of our meat seemed uninterested, simply dropping the plates on the table without saying a word, which gave off a negative vibe.
On the bright side, the hotpot selection here is impressive, offering a wider variety of meats, veggies, and broths compared to other all-you-can-eat hotpot spots I've been to. The parking is also plentiful, which is a big plus if youāre worried about finding a spot in the area. The overall restaurant atmosphere is nice, despite the hiccups in service.
If you're in the mood for a solid hotpot meal with lots of choices, this place is worth a try, but I hope their customer service improves in the future.

Totally worth the 45 minute drive from the South Bay, this Fountain Valley (FV) location is nearly identical to the one in Las Vegas with one important difference: they don't offer sushi. Vegas serves up the most amazing variety that rivals dedicated sushi restaurants...but Shabuya FV is still GREAT with the most helpful + friendly staff you can find anywhere. Keep up the hard work, the fair pricing, and your excellent employees, Shabuya FV...but adding sushi to your offerings would be nice.

The food here is fantastic! It is one of my boyfriend's favorite types of food, and we both leave here with a nice full tummy ready for a nap. The waiters and other employees work together to keep tables clear and bring the food promptly. Definitely walk with pep and urgency in their steps anytime I'm here. Never tipped less than 15% here. Highly recommend

It pains me to update this review. This was our regular spot, like several times a month. Food was always good, our son ate for a reasonable price. Last week the beef was subpar. Then last night they measured my sons height and he just barely hit the line with his shoes on. Ok so we had to pay full price for him, he's 7 years old and fills up on a McDonald's cheeseburger. Then to top it off the beef has changed here, our go to ribeye and flat iron have this ring of fat that is crunchy and hard as soon as you boil it. He was so turned off he couldn't eat. Nor could I. The server Andrew tried to help us by getting a other cut but it still had the same problem. I'm a carnivore and had to resort to eating their potatoes and we had to buy Jack in the Box after. Sad to say but this business lost some regular well paying customers. The meat quality is really bad now.
