I have ordered Soboro Bowl. And one word it tasted awful! I had no other choice to eat it all since I paid. I said the food is awful to the waitress and she said "So how come you can't eat pork?" without even batting an eye she charged me full lol😂. Never going back to this ramen place. Let's see if the Yakitori is any good next time🥲.

Went in here for a little quick late lunch. And I was blown away! It’s rare to find a place with such good food, service, and atmosphere. Everything was on point. Also try the chicken rump you won’t be disappointed

If you like Yakitori, you’ve found just the right place. I’ve been coming here for more than a decade. The liver here is seasoned and cooked just right; Most other places tend to overcook the chicken innards and it can get really tough. If you love chicken innards, special heart is something you shouldn’t missed. It’s more tender, fattier and juicier than the regular grilled heart. Quantities are quite limited, so be sure to order early.

Best ramen in LA! Great Tonkotsu. There's a few locations around LA and OC. Come for Lunch, they have great combos to choose from.

This might be my favorite place to dine for a fun, casual, and delicious meal! We love taking people for their first yakitori experience because it's so unique. As usual, everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly and our guests were delighted. I highly recommend the pork belly wrapped shiso basil. We all enjoyed it so much that I ordered it twice!

I was at your restaurant Sunday 6/16 at 9:25pm your website stated that you close at 10:00pm yet I was turned away by the waiter. No one greeted me, the waiter walked up and told me that they are closing at 10 and will no longer be accepting anymore customers. I was deeply disappointed by this as I am a big fan of your ramen. I was looking forward to dining at Shin-Sen-Gumi after a long hard day of work only to be met with cold shoulders. I wonder, is this due to the workers being lazy and not wanting to serve one more customer or has this business become so successful that loosing one customer doesn’t not matter to them.

Sadly, the last visit, we signed up on your waitlist, along with 2 others. Later, family members of the staff (likely sous chef) showed up and got seated before us as we stood outside in the cold. It is the crappiest thing you guys can do, to assume precence over other people, why have a queue system if you let people cut it, really pisses me off, incredibly void of any etiquette, certainly not japanese. We work 16h a day and didn't eat since 8am, we had to return to work after the small treat that would have been the trip to your restaurant.

Pricey but good. Quick service, cool atmosphere. Everything was hot and fresh.

Friday dine out at this restaurant. Had to wait for about 30 minutes to get a table. Great atmosphere but the service was slow. The restrooms could have been cleaner.The dishes we ordered were mixed: some dishes were great. The sashimi dishes I would avoid next time. They were just ok.
