Monika is kind, friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills. Monika, also, displays happiness when working for Starbucks and does a great job with customer satisfaction. She does the drink the correct way as well. However, the African America fledgling female who works here is excruciatingly rude, and she purposely does the drinks incorrectly. Barista in charge of hot bar poured shots that were dead…even after 2 minutes. Even saw them shake my drink through the cup and put their finger to cover the hole. Barista at register was very kind.

I Do believe the Location is the Best. But it has a really bad Homeless Group that Take over the place and make people feel uncontrollable. Just The Truth. Mark L. I'll show photo's very soon.
