Starbucks is a restaurant with a mix of excellent and poor customer service. Some staff members, like Monika, are kind, friendly, and professional, with excellent communication skills. However, others, such as an African American female barista, can be rude and unhelpful, even going so far as to intentionally make mistakes with drinks. The hot bar area also has issues, with shots being poured incorrectly, and the register area has a kind barista. Despite some issues, the location is considered the best by some, although a homeless group can be a problem, making some customers feel uncomfortable.
