Don’t dare ask for anything off menu. I asked for an egg and cheese sandwich with turkey. The girl told me I couldn’t have it because it’s not on the menu. Apparently you cannot get any alterations, even though they have the ingredients. Ridiculous. Never ever going there again. I went down the street to another Subway and they gave me the sandwich with turkey, no issues at all.

I thought this was the best subway in the area, but today has me doubting. Usually the people behind the counter are very nice and offer great service.I went in at around 12:30pm. Today it was a short latina lady. She skimped on olives, skimped on cheese, gave only 3 scoops of tuna on a footlong, and didn't have any avocado. She SMASHED my sandwich flat while rolling it in the paper. Then she sighed and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a receipt. Awful service today.

I was done with this location after I visited in for lunch. I was not greeted and also. Making my sandwich like they didn’t want to out any veggies on it. I ordered a tuna. And they were extremely skimpy with everything. Take notes on how to properly make a decent subways sand which. I’m gonna put this on Yelp as well. Whomever get this message. This isn’t where you save money. Cutting corners isn’t an option with the customer food. I’m pretty sure they are told to put one piece of this and two piece of that. It’s not a great idea. I won’t be back. And I’m gonna post that I don’t recommend this location in every forum I can. Ridiculousness

This location is so....so bad service, and the guy is so rude and Bad...bad..they don't care about the food. They used gloves and touched everything, including your food.

felt like I am in a cafeteria of Prison. Staff is rude and rushing orders. Also feel stupid about calling the corporate call number, because the receipt says so, just to hear that I need to use the website instead.. this is so stupid. not so cheap price anymore.

I normally go here once a week but after today I definitely won't be. It was just weird, so there was a gentleman before me placing a large order totally not a problem only 2 workers I understand when it's an understaffed, the environment stress levels are high. He was able to pick and choose what went into the sandwich as to when It was my turn to order I let the worker know the sandwich I perfereded and asked for it to be toasted. Once ready to make my sandwich I started mentioned what I would like in my sandwich and she told me no. I looked confused and kind of laughed I began to tell her I would also like jalapeños and she said no. The sandwhich does not come with that so it doesn't go into it. I asked her can you please put veggies and mustard and mayo, not rude at all and she said no. Said that is how it has always been and then I tried to tell her I go in there all the time and she cut me off and said NO! You get the sandwich only how it is made in the menu,I was kind of taken back to how I was being treated and denied the way I would like my order. Where as the gentlemen was able to make each sandwich any way. Poor customer service and not satisfied with my experience at all. Do better Subway

Hands down one of the best subways I've been to. My issues with subways is that a lot of them are dirty inside. This one's always been clean. Love the staff, Hugo is amazing. Very nice guy, good little conversations while he's making my order. Recommended stop to your sandwiches

Hugo, the representative that makes our sandwiches ALL THE TIME is awesome, patient and kind. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nandita ... not-so-much. Quite the contrary, it takes 6 lines to smile and 22 to frown and go out of one's way to be mean. Nandita has much to learn about BEING NICE. Be kind always. You never know who you'll come in contact with.

On the way home we stopped at the Subway. There was construction going on and we had to park a bit further out. Construction crew were by the corner of the entry. Once we made it inside the store it was nice and AC cool. Two preparers helped us. The lovely missus orders her fave Meatball sub. My order was all American club; turkey, ham and bacon covered with 4 triangles of a white American cheese. Both subs on Italian artisan white bread were toasted before we added vegie toppings. My choices include lettuce, green bell pepper, black olives and I asked for lots of tomatoes but got 4 round skinny slices to cover the greenery. Asked for mayo and no Mustard. Glad I looked for the mayo, but also missed the oil and vinegar......we wanted the subs wrapped to go..All put in a plastic bag but no napkins. This Subway did a good job following your want and needs. I've been here before and am surprised to find I did no reviews on them. We would get our to go sandwiches there again.
