Love the sandwiches

I personally think their bread is better than say a Lee’s Sandwiches because it doesn’t get hard like after a day or so. And now that they have Crispy Pork Belly sandwiches, where the crunchy and flavorful meat lives up to its name, I’m definitely ordering that again!

They don't put pate in their sandwiches. Sandwiches are mediocre and the prepared food is old. They put out leftovers from the day before. You can tell when the bottom is gelatinous and inedible. And they get annoyed if you don't speak Vietnamese. They act like they're doing you a favor by letting you buy their food. Plenty of other Vietnamese sandwich places in the area, so best to skip this one.

As someone who loves banh mi, I decided to try this place today. I ordered two of their recommended #1 House Special sandwiches, which turned out to be my biggest mistake. The meat had a strong unpleasant smell, and the vegetables were neither fresh nor refreshing.

Banh mi usually has a solid baseline of flavor, so I tend to try it anywhere without hesitation—but this is one place I would not return to.

The cashier did not speak any English, and for orders under $20, cash is required. If you pay by credit card, there is an additional $1 fee.

This place the services bad , sold $1 dollar or vegetable for banh mi but just only a few carrot in the small bag . I bought 1 baguettes & 2 meat balls ( we call xiu mai) i asked for the vegs go with that food , the girl name My says i have to buy it i says how much ? She says 1/2 lb is $3.50 i says that alots so she pull out from behind her with small refrigerator i looked quick usually that bag go with pp buy sandwiches want separately vegs . But when i got home OMG that small bag only carrots no celantro in or slide of cucumbers. This places getting bad SERVICES for a customers. Please the who is a OWNER NEED to recheck for services food & Customer service also .. im very much DISAPPOINTED this THH ..

I asked if they could make the strawberry drink without sugar or milk they said yes but when I got it, it was so packed with sugar!! THH doesn't care for their patrons health restrictions. Terrible!!

I haven’t been to THH at this location in a very long time was super excited and after this experience, I won’t be returning. When I walked in, there were two young ladies working onebehind the counter and the other arranging products. I said hello and was completely ignored. I said hello again still no acknowledgment. By the third time, I had to raise my voice slightly just to ask for a large coffee.
I was then told the price was $9.50 What $10 .00 for a coffee pluse had to pay $1.00 to pay with credit card that's about 20% for credit cards fee which is extremely high and are ripping off there customers. I have never paid that much for a ice coffee, and it honestly felt like they simply didn’t want to serve me. The coffee on the menu said $5.00. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Made me felt as if they were racist.
The entire experience was horrible. I left the ice coffee there and walked out. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location, and I will never be back. Super disappointing. With staff like this the owner is going to lose alot of customers.

they took forever to make my # 10 sandwich and then by the time they had “finished” my order they confuse my order. Then they told me they didn’t have any more beef for the lemongrass sandwich. lol never coming here again.
