I ordered one breakfast bagel. And I was the 1st customer out of the 3 of us. The employee (can't read her name on the receipt because of the ink -Esvto S?) decided to wrap all 3 sandwiches and bagged it for the 3rd customer before mine. Even though my bagel sandwich was ordered and made 1st, it just sat there. That was very unprofessional of her. And it was because they were the same race. So the 2nd customer got stuck waiting there after we left. Everyone's time is valuable. And we should be served in order.

The worst experience kinda embarrassing just for a paper cup, no coffee just the paper cup is all I wanted but they were charging me full price for a cup. And I wanted no coffee or ice nor water, nothing like that. I just needed an extra paper cup for my 2 yr old son that wanted some orange juice and wanted to water it down with his water. There was also a big line behind me waiting but they wanted to make it difficult for me, It’s embarrassing to say but with me already purchasing 30$ worth of stuff I really thought this place was great but man I was wrong. They were rude and unprofessional.
Instead of trashing unsold food away, can't you donate them or something? Also, there is an app called "Too Good To Go" that enables you to sell unsold food for less. Otherwise, just produce less. Anything is better than waste.

The service cannot be ANY slower. We ordered two standard bagel sandwiches and were told it would take 35 mins to get them AFTER we paid. Who knew a fast food type of eatery would take SO long. So I told them I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. They then told me that they can't give us a refund because their cashier machine doesn't do refunds. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Maybe you should let your customers know it would take a long while to get their food BEFORE they charge them un-refundable payment?! Have some common sense and better customer service! I did NOT come to Winchell to wait 35 mins for 2 bagel sandwiches!!!

I've been going here over 5 years mostly everyday for my fresh green juice never had a problem with an employee there so so I went there this morning and ordered a green juice like always the guy that was there DONT SPEAK NO ENGLISH! and he said in a hand gesture one from fridge I told him no those are old and wanted a new fresh one he denied making one for me, I'm pissed you guys need to hire people that know what they doing, I'm no longer going there or any Winchell's Donut House! EVER AGIAN you guys lost a loyal customer.

It is always a joy and pleasure to come back to California and find that this Winchell's is still in business. There is always a full compliment of fresh donuts ready for purchase, and the service of the staff is always appreciated. Growing up here initially, there seemed to be Winchell's Donut houses all over Southern California. This is not the case anymore, and I am glad that this operation is still in business. My earlier comments are why this location remains successfully in business.
