Great staff!! Whoever was working late night on Sunday 9/24 around midnight was really helpful and an all-around pleasant person. It made my donut experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back.
It is always a joy and pleasure to come back to California and find that this Winchell's is still in business. There is always a full compliment of fresh donuts ready for purchase, and the service of the staff is always appreciated. Growing up here initially, there seemed to be Winchell's Donut houses all over Southern California. This is not the case anymore, and I am glad that this operation is still in business. Instead of trashing unsold food away, can't you donate them or something? Also, there is an app called "Too Good To Go" that enables you to sell unsold food for less. Otherwise, just produce less. Anything is better than waste.
